I am going to be in the area next week. My 8 year old son, who is really starting to become a big fan wants to go to camp.
I want to bring him to a 2 practice day.
Is next weeks practce schedule available yet? Or at least which days are or should bge 2 a days?
Also, anyone who has gone, any suggestions on how to spend the time between practices?

Andy...Don't think they have it yet...My guess might be Sunday or Tuesday as the 2 day practices...it IS a long time in-between...besides the Pro Shop/Patriots Experience (of course...). There is a village of Outlet stores in Wrentham (South Rt 1-495 N one exit up)...Not sure that would be appropriate...lunch certainly might take an hour or so. Just ideas.

No it's not. Check the offical site. They only have up until Wed posted.

I was going nuts last week. It's a 5-6 hour drive round trip for me and I needed to schedule a business appointment also. So I wanted to get the schedule for this Tues and Wed. They didn't post Tues schedule until yesterday and Wed until today.

A buddy PM'ed me Sat evening with Tues schedule so I'll be going down tomorrow. I don't know how far you have to drive but I'll bet you won't see a schedule for next week until this weekend at the earliest.

It really does make it hard to make arrangements.

I'm going to be on vacation about an hour away. I pretty much have the whole week open, Mon or Tues wouldbe best. I can really find out the night before an be fine, but the earlier the better for planning.
The boy is pretty fired up.
He was 5 for SB XXIX and at his request we built the super bowl shrine with 39 Patriot items (shirts, hats, golf club covers, Brady action figure (we have clearly instructed his sisters it is an ACTION FIGURE NOT a doll) etc)
Last year was the first season he really sat and watched full games. His favorites were the rookies.
Should be a great day for him.

I'm pretty sure that Next Wednesday, the 15th, is the last day that practice is open to the public.

Reminds me of a 2-year-old boy I once knew who liked to carry around a "baby action figure." :)

The camp schedule fuzziness is frustrating, but realistically when they do post a ways in advance they often end up changing it. So much depends on the weather, etc.

I thought they stopped being open to public when preseason started but I have been wrong before

I assure u Monday OR Tiesday will have double sessions..depending on if they start with a single on Sunday

I've heard that when they have double sessions, generally speaking the first one is the good one, full contact with pads, where the second might be a walk-through.

Any truth to that?

Also, if anyone knows for sure when they stop being open to the general public.

Obviously you did something right that I didn't given that my 7 & 9 year old sons are way more interested in Pokemon than the Patriots. They do know Belichick, though, which isn't too surprising as I have more pictures up of Bill than of my kids  :bricks:
