Yeah but the only way I see a suspension is if for some reason a previous offense was swept under the carpet. He's a first time offender, he's probably looking at some substance abuse programs, nothing more.

*ROFLMAO* Man, you are truly inept. ANY DUI/DWI lawyer will tell you that you should refuse the field breathalyzer and take the one at the station. That usually buys you 2-3 hours and sometimes longer to get sober. So, who cares if he passed the one there.

Listen, Junior, you are clueless about way too many things to be commenting on stuff. You have no clue whether Chambers has passed or failed league administered drug tests because we, the fans, only hear about it if/when the player fails the 2nd one. That's when they get the suspension.

If the charges press through and Chambers loses his license, then he could very well get suspended. Particularly if he's failed a substence abuse test ala Jared Allen.
