Matt Light's Celeberity Shootout

This really pisses me off. I mean, I love Matt Light and all... but what about the poor friggin' pigeons? Sure, it's for a good cause, but it just seems barbaric to fling these poor defenseless pigeons through the air with a damn catapult, and shoot at them with high powered weaponry in the name of charity. Who's looking out for the charity of the pigeons? Where is their voice?

This saddens me as much as it angers me.

By the way, bbabin... to answer your question, according to the Light Foundation web site, Matt will be joined by Mike Vrabel and Tom Brady in the senseless slaughter of these proud pigeons.

Anyone planning on attending this? Seems like it would be a great chance to meet some players in a low key setting. Does anyone know which Patriots are playing?

Also, with many recent threads more often than not turning into heating arguments, hopefully this one won't anger anyone.

It says Brady, Vrabel and many more will be there.

LOL many more consists of 12 players not named.

Hah, I should have expected this. Thanks for the info, though.

I don't know if approaching NFL players with loaded weapons (with all of the recent player/gun activities over the last few years) is what I'd call a low key setting.

T has plucked a pigeon or two in his crime, what can you say, he feels a close bond.
