OK This may sound odd because a starting running back usually is near certain to get 1,000 yards before a receiver but I don't think Maroney will be used as much or as heavily in the backfield as people think,I see Sammy Morris getting more carries than anyone thinks here and may be as in and out of plays like Corey was and I would not be surprised to see a 2 headed rushing attack once again, even without the hard pounding RB Corey was.
If Maroney has 950 yards and Sammy 800 Yards plus (yards to the other backs on the roster) it would not be shocking to me.
I think there is a possibility if Moss,Stallworth or even Welker gets hot and becomes a main target for Brady they could actually pass 1,000 yards BEFORE any runner does,if they actually do.
This may be the year Brady has that ONE go to main guy in crunch times,Although it may be a while before we learn who that is,The days of Brady passing to 7 different receivers a game may change if one of these new guys stands out
We could easily see a 1,000 yard receiver out of this bunch IMO,and possibly a reciever that exceeds the yardage made by Maroney.
This pertains to yardage ON THE GROUND by Lawrence not including passing yardage he will get.
