Really? Where did you see this?
How is there even any testifying being done. At a grand jury? How could you or anyone else know what is happening in a grand jury?
Okay relax, I'm pretty sure they meant "confirming" he was at dogfights rather that testifying. The informant they had on ESPN with his face blocked out stated he had seen Vick at dogfights, and yes they were prior to his being drafted but to me, a leopard doesn't change its spots, or however that saying goes. In other words, once a dog-fighting scumbag, always a dog-fighting scumbag.
Rot in hell with pit bulls trained to attack while tethered to a rape stand, Vick.

Ill say it again........what kind of fungus enjoys seeing two beautiful animals tear each other to pieces......Vick should be banished from the league forever!
Have you ever seen a tame bulldog??? They are adorable
I think the NFLPA would have an extremely good case in court if that were the case.
Give us a bit of credit, we are all smart enough to realize that there has been no formal legal proceedings therefore there has been no "testimony", but there has been confirmation of Vick's involvement. If you listen to the humane society reps who are very well versed in this disgusting practice, they have stated that from what they have seen, there is no doubt dog fighting was going on at that house of horrors. And if it were me and I knew I was innocent, I would be shouting from the rooftops my innocence. Vick's silence speaks volumes..
To say that there has been testimony against Vick is a pretty serious thing to say. Anyone can say anything with a blanket pulled over their face. It's another thing to publicly say, upon penalty of prison if you lie, that someone did something.

If there were "testimony," or reports of testimony, it would be interesting to me. When someone posted there was, I assumed that either I had missed something (I'm not following this that closely), that a grand jury had been empaneled, or that someone was overstating it, so I asked a question. It has nothing to do with giving anyone credit or not.
Not likely. Heck, it may not matter if Vick goes to jail himself.

And it looks like the Feds may trump the locals to make sure that croney DA Poindexter doesn't mess it up.
I think the whole planet thinks that he's guilty. It's just a matter of assembling a case and going through proper procedures.
Once it starts flying there's no telling what new "highs" it will reach in the world of bestial behavior. Tragic, simply tragic.what did fungus ever do to deserve that comparison??
This case is becoming more and more complex on a lot of levels. As far as the NFL/Goodell goes it'll be interesting to see what transpires. I saw an interview between ESPN and a sports journalist/commentator down in ATL (forgot his name) which addressed the Falcons' position in all this. The journalist said it's very difficult because despite everything,Falcon fans apparently still love him as a football player and very much want him as their QB.
On the flip side, other Falcon players who have long lived under his shadow are sort of enjoying his difficulties.
I hope they nail him,but I have a feeling this whole dog fighting "sport" has more powerful ties than we realize.
