What is the furthest he has ever thrown a ball in the air? Me and a friend of mine are discussing the difference in arm strength between him and Jay Cutler. Thanks for any help.

Do you mean during a game?

On the 60 Minutes Brady was featured on he said how far he could throw the ball but I can't remember exactly what he said. Maybe someone who saw it more recently can remember.

He won the distance throw in the quarterback challenge a few years ago but again I don't know exactly how far he threw it.

I hope that helps, sorry I couldn't remember any details.

75.4 yards into a 17 mile headwind at an initial velocity of 62.5 mph with a clockwise rotation of 6 revolutions per second at an angle 37 degrees to the horizontal.

Im impressed, not with brady.......

I think cutler will do good. Espically with the run game being able to back him up.

I like that !! Mr. Potato Head Manning. Start with large head, stick on some big ears and a big nose and some piggy eyes. Then you can stick on mouths for different effects:
- One mouth to throw teammates under the bus
- One mouth to do assinine commercials
- One mouth to yell meaningless audibles at the line of scrimmage
- One mouth to tell how opposing players should not have been where they were
- One mouth to call passing plays when the team should be runing the ball
- etc. - fill in other mouths here.

You're gonna have to go through us to get there. ;) May the best team rise to the challenge.

And it sure isn't going to be the classless bolts who can't handle the pressure of a championship team... :rocker:

Subjective platitudes . . . opinionated pap . . . too vague, wildly speculative . . . open to interpretation . . . need more precise, objective facts . . . refine your data . . . need minute exactness and less sweeping generalizations.

Our we clear?

You had me until, "Our we clear?"!!!!!!!!

Well if you mean in a game, we will see this year, when Brady has two of the best wide outs for running the fly. He has thrown very far in a game, only problem was the receiver either 1. dropped it, 2. was 20 yards behind where he should be.

Well there was the bomb to Troy Brown for a 71-yard catch-and-run play down the sideline for an 82-yard touchdown reception for the game-winning score in overtime against the fish in 2003. So, If I read that right, then it is 71 yards in the air to Brown for 11 YAC to the endzone...How's that for distance?

PD.

Don't buy the hype with the Chargers. Denver is the class of that division. San Cry-ego will get a wild card, but I'd rather have Joan Rivers than Philip Rivers to be honest.

Is one to say "I'm going to Disney World?"

He did win the Super Bowl last year, you know. You guys act like he's a chump.

according to my calculations, the ball would only go 68 yards. Are you sure your degrees to the horizontal are correct? If the angle was 40 degrees the ball would go 76 yards. This is just off the top of my head though:)

I thought it was 62.87525 mph, but I guess I was wrong.

You're confusing Brady's numbers with Cassel's. Don't worry, I do it all the time when my friends and I discuss their respective velocities.
