Disregarding the cap hit and all that drama it would be so sweet if it was the Falcons and not the 49ers that traded their 1st pick with them...even with the cap hit it would be fun to see how Bioli would handle the pick since its looking more and more like Ol' Ron Mexico is gonna get at least a year..

Without Ron Mexico the Falcons may actually improve.

um no..doesnt Vick have a good winning percentage..just cuz hes not a great passer doesnt mean he doesnt know how to win

That is a good point, but why be sad over getting something good? We can't change it now anyway.

oh no....Im not sad.....Its just funny how they trade what many think is the Dan Marino of backup QBs only to find out that their star may be a scum bag who likes seeing otherwise beautiful creatures rip eachother apart...

Did anyone see that ESPN report with the dog fighting scenes??? I almost threw up

On a lighter note....I just got kicked off bolttalk.com for a week again.....soo touchy about LT

I'm confused. Why would we get their pick? Is this based on anything? Were we close to getting their pick?

Well, don't sit there and let the suspense build...what did you say that ticked them off this time?

Joey Harrington will once again find himself in an unlikely starting spot

remember last year when Daunte was supposed to be the man in Miami?

They were talking about how many yards LT would have to get the #1 rusher ever record and all I said, and I quote, "Yeah.......too bad he's such a sore loser..."

Thats it

Watch Jerious Norwood play and you might change your tune. Dude is a BEAST.

He kind of reminds me of Eric ****erson in terms of build. He is kind of skinny and lanky. Fast as hell though. But you have to wonder how much of his success is from Atlanta's system which seems to always be the number one rushing team in the league.

I watched many of his games at Mississippi State (being from MS) and dude is the truth. He churned out 1000 yard seasons behind the worst o-line in the SEC. I think once Dunn retires, JN will be a top 5 back in the league.

It's not the system. It's because defenses have to worry about either Vick, Dunn, or him rushing the ball. It's a triple threat and, fortunately for him, Vick takes most of the attention.

No, it doesn't prove anything either way. There is probably another reason he doesn't know how to win that is independant of the fact he is a lousy passer.

Vick is similar to the early Bledsoe in that he looks good to a point, looks like he SHOULD be the real deal, he just needs ... something ...

Vick sells seats, that's about it.

Vick is a double-edged sword. He definitely is a gifted athlete, but does he know how to win? I doubt that. He lacks discipline and leadership ability.

and common sense and humanity apparently

LOL!!!! That sort of sums up the San Diego world view, doesn't it?

why did they get their panties in a bunch ? all they've ever done is lose, they should be used to it.
