R.I.P., Marquise Hill (1982-2007)

On Lake Pontchartrain in Louisiana. He has been missing since last night. Was riding a jet ski and fell off. Apparently can't swim very well. Coast guard is searching for him.

Oh man. I hope he's ok.

Isn't there usually a clause in athletes' contracts against dangerous activities like you know skydiving, jetskiing, riding a motorcycle without a helmet, etc.?

+ 300 lb. man + riding in the night = nothing good at all

All i can really say is wow.

I wish the best for him and hope he is safe. He has always come across as a great human being and a generally nice guy. Things like this dont deserve to happen to people.

He reports the jetski has been found, but no Marquise yet.

on weei now, they are saying that they saw him last night while rescuing the woman...by time they turned the boat around and went to him he was gone...so doesn't look good
