I can see Rodney getting over-enthusiastic and making a hit on some receiver coming across the middle.

LOL. Matt Light coming in at #2 most penalized, with all that holding and false starting.... But Brady #3 in penalties? Huh?

Brady's been fined for not wearing a helmet.

Are delay of games counted against the QBs?????? That might explain it...

I do miss Rodney and his attitude and enthusiasm. I think the OP opined that he's had over 200k in penalties. I don't have the numbers handy but I'm betting over 100k of those penalties came when he was a Bolt.

I do miss him and Seau and I hope they're both healthy and ready when we face you this year. It really should be fun! ;)

Remember when Brady got called for a personal foul in that 2002 game against the Bear where the was a pile (maybe there was a fumble or something) and a Bears player came in late and pushes a Pats player so Brady emphatically shoved him back. I think that is the only time I've seen a QB called for unnecessary roughness.

Seems to me that Matt Cavanaugh got a couple of those calls and if I recall correctly, got tossed from a game for getting involved in a fight. Love to see that spirit.

My favorite Brady penalty was when he made that great block out in the flat last season, I forget against whom, and they ruled the block an illegal cut.... BS call as far as I'm concerned, but it showed Brady's skills as lead blocker. :D

That penalty was at Buffalo. Another Brady penalty this past season was when he handed off and Faulk passed it back to him. Brady made a nice grab but it was called back. It may have been in Miami.

Yea, it's a running joke with Rodney, but I also believe he does something extra when he's fined. Not sure, PatsNutme could probably correct, but I think he matches his fines to send that to charities??

I thought all fines were given to charity.
