Similar to the worst quarterback thread, only let's talk linebackers here. I can only think of Monty Beisel right now. Can anybody think of anyone worse?

He had the hottest wife, though. That should count for something.

Monty Biesel

No,but in the history of the patriots I'm sure there was some-one worse than Beisel The trouble is they were so bad,so forgetable it's hard to think of any names.

I believe you're probably right.

I've never seen a linebacker that reminded me of Tony Eason until Beisel, though.

And I believe tackling was in the job description, so he has no excuse.

Beisel actually had a couple of good hits in his first preseason with us. I had high hopes for him

HMM,Beisel did look like a ball lost in some tall grass.

he also got run over by a QB in preseason. i laughed and said..please quit

I actually think that Chad Brown was worse inside than Monty Beisel.

I can't say I catch all the games down in Florida without Direct TV.

However, getting out of the way instead of taking on a blocker in front of a running back once is enough and it's on youtube.

BFan, your signature line says it all!!!
