Tom Brady has 167 career Touchdown Passes thus far (including playoffs).
I put together this spreadsheet showing the distribution.

For the players that only have one TD (from Brady), here are the games that they were scored in....

Terry Glenn - 2001 vs. SD
Charles Johnson - 2001 vs. NO
Patrick Pass - 2001 vs. MIA
Cam Cleeland -2002 at NYJ
Larry Centers - 2003 at WAS
Dedric Ward - 2003 at IND
Andre Davis - 2005 vs. NO
Tom Ashworth - 2005 vs. TB
Laurence Maroney - 2006 at GB
David Thomas - 2006 at JAX
Heath Evans - 2006 vs. MIA

Another interesting note, from the start of the 2001 season through the present, Troy Brown has caught a TD pass from 4 players other than Tom Brady.

1.) Drew Bledsoe (2001 - at CIN)
2.) David Patten (2001 - at IND)
3.) Adam Vinatieri (2004 - at STL)
4.) Vinny Testeverde (2006 - at TEN)

7 of David Given's 19 TDs came in the playoffs

I should note that when categorizing by position, I classfied each person according to which position is their main position.
(ie. Faulk caught a TD against BUF in 2006 when he lined up as a receiver, I included this under RB instead of WR; Mike Vrabel's TDs were classified as LB even though he lined up as a TE)

AWESOME WORK!!!

TE's obviously are Tom's red zone target as Graham is 2nd on his list. Watson and or Thomas could become the recipient of that award this year.

Any chance AD takes over TE for Vrabel? The guy's got ups and probably would have caught that ball Vrabel jumped and missed last year.

I think the fault was with Brady on that one...

I'll have to second that, Vrabel was WIDE OPEN in the back of the endzone, and let's not forget that Vrabel actually made a great play to catch the ball and get two feet inbounds (of course, his arm hit out of bounds before his second foot did)

Hell, Chad Jackson is already cracking the top 10. Look for good things to come.

Interesting work, Brd. Dedication and perspective. Thanks.

Also, just from the top 4-5, half of those TDs are to folks no longer here (Fauria anyone?)...

It'll be interesting to see, to say the least, how these numbers may metamorphize with the new modus of receivers. Moss, Stallworth, and to a different degree, Welker, are all potential touchdowns every time the ball is directed towards them. More "big break" play and less methodical plodding (resulting in red-zone TE targeting). (Although I do believe the TE is the bread and butter of this, and any, offense.)

Agreed. In fact I think he said he was trying to throw it away. But my point was would AD, and his 11 foot broad jump, catch that ball?

I love that Vrabel has 8 touchdowns!! So freaking cool!

ya know something, when compiling this list and analyzing the results I did a double-take at Vrabel's 8 TD's as well. It seemed kind of high, but it is correct. These are the games they were in........

2002 - at SD
2003 - vs. CAR (Super Bowl)
2004 - at STL, vs. SF, vs. PHI (Super Bowl)
2005 - vs. NO, at NYJ (2)

just think, it could very well have been nine had Brady given Vrabel a good pass in the Green Bay game which has already been previously discussed in this post

the player with the most catches from Brady without a TD is JR Redmond
