He could walk down the street decked in pinstripes and a number 18 jersey for all I friggin care... this is easily the most idiotic topic floating around... APPRECIATE the f-ing guy for how great he is and what he has done for this region in terms of THE NFL...I mean, it's just that simple... what part of the Red Sox and baseball DO NOT EQUAL the Patriots and football do some of you not understand??

The answer is, the Sox and Yanks are far bigger, far more storied rivals than the Pats and the Steelies.

Though I would definitely prefer a Sox hat on Brady and a Harrison jersey on Schilling, it's really not that important.

Your answer to the main question is wrong. One team, the Yankees, are the most hated team by New Englanders. The other team, the Steekers, is an afterthought. I can't believe you're even trying to make an argument on this.

That is just lame! Sorry, but seeing our QB wear a NYY hat is no big deal to me and I am a huge Sox fan...always have been. I see no difference between the two circumstances. We have a pretty good rivalry with the Steelers, sure it is not Sox vs Yankees, but again Brady was not on TV publically flaunting his hat. Schilling on the other hand went on TV proudly wearing the oppossing QB's jersey...!!!!

I am not here to argue about what hat Bardy should wear. I can giv a rat's behind, frankly. I was just answering your question and providing the most obvious answers. mmmm and when I posted the thread about brady the day the pic was in the hearald I got slamed about it, Even though it; like you said, "M-F'in pissed me off" I still got crap about it, after someone on this board gave me a DECENT answer besides wearing a nazi uniform and doing whatever to kittens, or the usuall who gives a sh!t...
I NOW know that Brady grew up a Yank-ee and an expo fan, ok, big deal...but if he wore a colts hat because he grew up a colts fan how would that sit with you? as amany have told me they could care less, and after thinking about it they are right....Or does it depend on the team(s) Yanks-sox, Pat's - Colts, etc.?
