This is simply meant as a feel good thread to celebrate our offseason SO FAR...
Question refers to future selections:
Belechik
Brady
A. Thomas
Seymour
Moss
Seau?
Any others???
Possibly
Samuel
Or to put it another way how many guys could make the ProBowl this coming season?
Maroney?
Our NT?
What excites me the most is synergy a player who demands a double team and makes everyone else that much better;
Possible:
Seymour
A. Thomas
Moss
Stallworth
Maybe even Welker

Ellis Hobbs!!!

Belechik - No doubt
Brady- No doubt
A. Thomas- Maybe
Seymour- Maybe
Moss- I don't think so
Seau- No doubt (as a Charger though)

Pro bowlers-

Brady
Thomas
Samuel
Wilfork

Welker- If you think he's going to the pro bowl, wow.

Well it's tough to say. He's a swing DE/OLB right? There are quite a few great linebackers and D-ends in the AFC.

Actully nevermind, they take a ton of DEs, yeah he's in.

How many pro bowls has Seymour gone to since he became a patriot aqua? It has nothing to do with how many de's they take.

2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 = pro bowl for Richard Seymour. I would say odds are pretty good he might be back.

I know he's been to a lot and been good for a long time, but I still like Taylor and Suggs better, plus Schobel and Freeny are almost there too.

2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007. I say you bet your life savings Seymour does not return for 2008. It would be a very smart bet!

Seymour was chosen as the best player ever picked at #6 spot in the draft, look at all his super bowls and pro bowls.

He's a lock for the HOF.

I know right... This kid ob does not know much about football. Google warrior. Seymour made his first pro bowl when aqua was 13.

I think Moss is a Def. Lock as well
And possibly Rodney Harrison.
Thomas not as of now, and probably not.

Oh and Harrison AS A PATRIOT!!!

Because I said Seymour wasn't a lock for the pro bowl, I don't know football? HAHA! That's funny.

No, because you said "maybe" to a 6 time pro bowler, with three rings getting in to the HOF. You do not know much about football. A guy who was just called the best #6 draft pick ever no less. Try again google warrior.

Belichick, Brady, Moss, Seymour and Seau will all be 1st ballot entries. Harrison deserves serious consideration but I don't think he has enough voting friends to get in.

Other possible probowlers Ty Warren, Logan Mankins, Vince Wilfork

There's no way Moss doesn't make the hall. In half the career of comparable players he's done twice as much. The only comparably player for his first 7 years was Rice, that's saying a lot. Barring a complete melt down in New England, a season or two of 80/1000/10, which could possibly be being modest, just helps builds his case.

At the same time, there's no way Thomas makes it in, unless he plays at last years level til he's 35+, which is extremely unlikely.

My point about synergy is that great players make other players better.
By requiring double teams others are freed up to shine.
(Aqua I said Welker could possibly require a double team not Probowl, however we could have good #s as a 3rd WR)
By my count we may have as many as 10 Probowlers this coming year...

LOL! Okay buddy. My parents were dumb for raising a non knowledgable football fan huh? Who would you rather have, Seymour or Taylor? Just curious to know.

EDIT: I also find it funny you call me a google warrior. I get my info from the internet (never google) but various football sites. I'm just curious to know where you get yours. Do you have a personal line to the NFL office or something?

our guys never make the Pro Bowl, but since everything has been backwards for the Pats this year, my guess would be that our team will have the most Pro Bowlers of any team in the league.

Seymour
Brady
Moss
A.Thomas
T.Warren
A.Samuel
R.Colvin
