now that's some good stuff

No love for Rudy?? I'd have taken him at 28. He was a Patriots type player...

I personally would of gone w/ Bertier and Petey from "Remember the Titans". That would solve our LB and CB issues, Petey can also play some RB but has fumbleing problems. If Sunshine is available late in the draft I say we get him to as Bradys backup.

IronWasp are you nuts!!!! You're going to pick Rudy over Kathey Ireland? Matt Millen wouldn't even go there...

Tom can bring the ladies with him, we don't need to draft any.

[Shallowness] What is Kathy now? 45? They need to do a re-make and cast Keeley Hazel in the role of Lucy. Then we could package both first rounders to move up and grab her.[/shallowness]

[sophomorichumor]I'd put a package together to grab her. [/sophomorichumor]

Butthead: Uhhh, he said "package."

Beavis: Yeah, and "grab her",...yeah, grab her...

Butthead: Uhhh, you're one effed-up dude, aren't you?

Beavis: I am Cornholio...

Bertier was paralyzed and died. Not a good fit.

I would take Julius Campbell though. He seems like an ideal 3-4 OLB/DE.

Maybe sign Rev as an UDFA, a possible wr convert a la Brad Smith. Hide him on the ps for a couple of years.

BTW, look at the similarities between Brady and Sunshine:

Both California kids.
Both wear #12.
Both came in off the bench due to injury to another qb.
Both great leaders.

I was kind of hoping we would of drafted the deaf WR from Necessary Roughness. He had good hands and ran superb routes.

What no Bobby Boucher from Waterboy? That would solve the Pats LB issues too.

The dying thing was a killer. But with the age and speed of our linebacking corps, Bertier in a wheelchair might have been the ticket.

(Will I go to hell for saying that?)

bobby boucher would have been a sure top 5 prospect. hell, that wonderlic score can affect the draft status :bricks:

If your talking about the deaf WR from the Replacements, that's who the mock has us picking at #24.

Wasn't Drew Bledsoe in Jerry Maguire? I know not everyone here loves him, but still...

And it's tough on Warren Beatty (Heaven Can Wait) that he's not in there. Although I guess the being dead thing would count against him as well.

The #1 pick would really be Billy Dee Williams' character from Brian's Song, but that might be construed as cheating.

Nellie from the Longest Yard anyone? Reggie Bush clone... :D

I'm shocked!!!

How can Flash Gordon, QB NY Jets (maybe on of the worst movies ever made) be left off this list?
