Season Tix Wait List Question

All the seats in Gillette are not season tickets seats. Two or three thousand seats go on sale every June to the general public for all the games.

If the Pats make the playoffs, these two or three thousand seats get sold to wait list members.

I've purchased tickets to 3 playoff games two years in a row off TM that wasn't part of the wait-list presale. I've actually found it easier to get playoff tickets than regular season tickets off of TM.

I have also been on the wait list since 2000 and like others have been to 90% of the home games since '01 typically by purchasing tickets thru the pre-sale. The drawback the last couple of years has been that for every number of regular season tickets your allowed to purchase you must also purchase the same number of tickets for a pre-season game. I've also been able to buy concert tickets on a pre-sale basis for shows at Gillette by being on the wait list as well as free ticket offers to the Revolution and Patriots training camp sessions. I also took advantage at the beginning of the '05 season of an offer to purchase up to 4 standing room only tickets to each home game with no additional fees. As far as the season ticket exchange you are limited to purchasing tickets to a game based on your wait list ticket payment, for instance I am on the wait list for 3 tickets therefore for any game in which tickets are available on the exchange site I can only buy up to 3 per game.

Can you clarify what you mean by "presale"? Is that when the tix go on sale in June or is this a presale that happens just for those on the waiting list? Thanks for the info, as always the great Pat fans have been super helpful with this and I am grateful to you all...

He's referring to the waiting list presale before all regular ticket sales (i.e. a few days before the May sale, a few days before the playoffs presale).

However, in the May waiting list presale, only the crappy 300-level seats are available, you are limited to a couple of games, and you must also purchase preseason tickets.

The "pre-sale" happens a couple of days prior to the tickets going on-sale to the general public in June. Waiting list members are notified by email when (date/time) the pre-sale begins and are provided with a pre-sale code to enter.

Thanks guys, I'm gonna do it. Somewhere around 2030 I'll thank my 2007 self for doing it. Is there access to tickets to the away games as well?

Hey easy there! My season tickets are in the "crappy" 300 level! ;)

I've been on the list since 1999. 2 years ago the ticket office told me I should be comming up that year or the next. well, this is the third year since they told me that but no invoice yet this year either.

About the pre-sale for regular season games. That's cool but they make you buy an equal amount of tickets to a pre-season game(s). You are only allowed a total of eight tickets per season and the pre-season games are held against that total, So if you buy 4 for a reguar season game, you have to buy 4 for the pre-season game as well, thereby using up your quota. Making it even worse, last year they made me buy the $125 seats to the pre-season game even though I had bought $59 nose bleeds for the regular season game.
