I need Dramamine after this one.

That's just about a dream draft for us with the exception of Buster Davis. I think he's undersized for the Pats system. Otherwise some very nice pickups. I doubt the real draft works this well in our favor.

I know but outside of the trade of Asante i think it possible

With Bradley available so close to No. 91 I would think the Pats would package something together to jump ahead of Dallas, he fits the 3-4 LB mold more than Davis.

And...

95 Indy Antonio Johnson DT
96 San Diego David Clowney WR
97 San Fransisco Antonio Johnson DT
98 Indy Michael Okow LB
99 Oakland Aundrae Allison WR

Is Antonio Johnson good enough to get drafted twice?

I don't see Miami trading up for a QB. It looks like the Trent Green deal will go through. Coach Cameron doesn't seem fond enough of WR's (based on SD's schemes, draft and FA history) to move up for Calvin Johnson and Jamarcus Russel would cost waaaaay to much to move up for. Outside of those guys nobody is worth moving into the top of the draft for.

Normally I would agree with NE trading back for extra picks but they need impact young guys and this year it looks like guys they need will be good value at their picks. If they do deal a 1st I think it will be #28. At #24 they will fill a need and probably take someone that the Jets would want at #25.

Your Detroit Miami trade is way off on draft value points.

#9 = 1400
#60 = 300
#71 = 235

1935 total value points

#2 = 2600
#101 = 96

2696 total value points

The 761 points you are short = the 26th pick

I for one am a big fan of Buster Davis and would be extatic if we could land him in the 3rd.

Nice draft except for Davis, I'd rather have DeOssie at that point than Davis.

And I think you completely whiffed in Griffin the safety from texas. He doesn't get drafted in the first 3 rounds?

I think Miami should do whatever it takes to jump up and try to secure Quinn. Neither Green, Culpepper nor Lemon is the answer and they have to have a QB.

Great job Vegas. It always takes a lot of work to do these.

However, I can't say that I am in love with it.

I don't care for the picks of Siler or Davis.

Now, let me ask some questions:

Why would Cleveland trade out of the #3 slot with Thomas still on the board? From my point of view, Thomas is a bigger value to them than Peterson. You can't run if you don't have a solid O-line.

Why would Denver trade up to get Brian Leonard? They have Mike Bell and just signed Travis Henry.

I think Cleveland would trrade out to pick up a few more pick we all know Crennel is BB deciple and we all know the value he has for the draft

And Denver jsut loves running backs and would think of it has a steal at that point

I did miss him i was doing late at night and though i did have him there
