Many of his routines are getting a little stale, but at least he never takes himself too seriously and is simply trying to entertain. Too many announcers have egos and agendas, plus Berman has always been a huge supporter of the Pats.

Berman couldn't handle Paul Posluszny? Some have him going to the Patriots, if he lasts that long. I keep wanting to put a K in his name, somewhere near the end. I like Berman too. He's unique.

I would agree there. I liked the way he would give the highlights of games on NFL Primetime. It sucks that that show isn't on anymore.

Berman's great. In the early days, he carried ESPN. And his early draft coverage with Kiper was also great.

My favorite Bermanisms are Curtis "My Favorite" Martin, and

Predictable sometimes but always funny and personable.
