Just copy and pasting for fun, I know the usual crap about rumors, blah, blah, blah, just a couple things to think about. All we have to do right now is think about stuff that probably won't happen anyway.
From a Browns board. I bolded the items of interest, whatever you want to say about rumors, trading for veteran LB who have played for Crennel isn't out of the realm of reasonablness :
"andra davis is quietly on the trade block, in conjunction with the second round pick in an attempt to move back into the lower first round if..... darrelle revis or joe staley fall into the the 25-32 range. ( i personally think staley goes at #10 to the texans, prototypical denver/kubiak type lineman) the team loves williams and jackson and got peek so they didnt have to move williams outside and would keep thompson (see ne trade 2 paragraphs below)
watch for fred bennett in the third round, he is the typical savage pick, a guy that was high on everyones list and then took a plunge in the draft offseason.
new england is still interested in chaun thompson for nick kaczur, but might want an additional 6th or 7th round pick.
dont buy into the hype that were trading up for russell, if anything were trading down to a spot where quinn might fall to, (but dont count on it because tampa bay is lurking and loves to stockpile qb's---simms is a ? garcia is short term gradkowski not sold on and mccown the same. now if russell seems to fall to our pick, it could get hairy on draft day for those who dont like russell as the pick (memememememe)
also if calvin johnson is there a trade is almost inevitable.
be careful about lumping russell johnson quinn peterson in a group as the guys most likely to be drafted by us. joe thomas has been talked about little and hasnt been brought to the complex for a reason, savage is trying to keep him off our radar so that teams like arizona and tamps and houston dont move up into the 2 slot to grab him. it would be hard for me to believe hes the pick because of the money spent there already but those are the whispers from around the nfl from my friend."
