Can't someone put them all together under a separate heading?

I suppose soneone could, if you asked nicely. Not me, but someone could. I can only merge "adopt a cheerleader" threads.

I like these threads. I'm learning all sorts of new things. Another couple of days of this and I'll be ready to make a well-informed choice when the Cleveland Browns take the 35th pick of the Patsfans.com interactive mock draft.

As a "someone" who could, I really don't think the topics are mergeable. When threads are merged, they're not concatenated; the posts are intermingled in chronological order. So if a 10 different single-player threads were merged, there'd be no way to tell which player a reply was talking about.

Personally, with the draft still a few weeks away I think this flurry of posts has introduced some interesting new blood to the discussion. It'll die down in a couple of days anyway.

Until we figure out a better way to organize, such as a sub-folder, I would suggest that you, or anybody else who is annoyed, hide the thread from your view. You can do this, you know.

It would be good though if the players "adopted" are lesser known players vs consensus first or second rounders, that have been beaten to death over the past couple of months.

Agree?

May I present Mario Henderson, OT from Florida St? He's a little further down this list...

Whoever started it should be beaten. Pummelled. Simple as that.

Well I started the idea, and from the # of threads I guess there are a lot of posters who disagree w/ you. I enjoy the in-depth, passionate look that a lot of these prospects are getting, but thats just me. Why don't you go and start another idiotic post about drafting a safety in the 1st round, or other topics that have been beat to death.

I agree. I'm looking for a lesser known to adopt myself.

I have been around this messageboard a lot longer than you "son". Look at the join dates.

You criticize me for not contributing.

I contributed my opinion on the "adopt a player threads". Then, in response, you tell me to leave the messageboard.

By my count, you are averaging about 10.5 posts per day since you joined. No wonder you are so upset about my post. You have so much energy invested in this messageboard that any criticism, you take personally.

I agree completely, plus quantity of posts doesn't equal quality.

I mostly agree. But look at the quality of the threads he started this past week in mocking our adopt a prospects. He is a waste of time.

Anybody else think it's ironic that one day later this is the only adopt-a-player thread left on the first page? :)

i just stop by and post..i dont waste countless hours waiting to post

your contribution is a negative opinion towards this thread. Why do you complain if you barely post? If you barely post, it shouldnt bother you..
