The Pats are lucky in one respect, in that they don't face any teams that are coming off of a bye week when they(opponent) would be well rested.
The Steelers in contrast have a brutal stretch when they face three teams that are coming off of a bye when they face Denver in week 7, Balt in week 9 and the Jets in week #11. They are the only team to face three teams coming off a bye.
Six teams face two opponents coming off of a bye, KC (two weeks in a row weeks 5,6) Atl, TB, Den, Buff and New Orleans. The Saints face Stl and Houston in consecurtive weeks, both of who will have just had their bye week.
Seventeen teams face one opponent coming off a bye, Car, Det, chi, SD, Jets, Balt, Jax, NYG, Indy, STL, Hou, SF, PHil, GB, Clvm Oak Dallas.
Eight teams face no teams off a bye,
NE, Mia, Cinn, Tenn, Ariz, Minn,Seat,Wash..

Just my $0.02,
