From espn's Top 40 games of 2007...

Nov. 4: Patriots at Colts
Who can forget Brady's blunder? The 38-34 Colts' playoff win might have been game of the '06 season.

i understand they are just trying to create fun little recaps of the games, but "Brady's blunder"? that's how they characterize that game? what exactly are they referring to? the INT at the end of the game? I don't get it.

Hey, he gets a lion's share of the credit when we've won, so I guess it's only fair that he gets it when we lose too.

But yeah, I'd say that the Denver loss was more 'Brady's blunder' as his INT at the goal line really cost the game. The Indy game was spiraling out of control long before Brady's INT.

I read that and thought the same thing...huh? Gotta consider the source - John "manning ballwasher" Clayton...:rocker:

He's just trying to level the playing field. How many nut sack swingers are there in the NE posse?

I remember Wilfork getting pancaked on the Colts TD run right up the gut as clearly bad technique. After the int Brady ran up to Brown and was quite animated suggesting that he thought Troy should have done something else. Not enough info.

Manning's blunder cost his team 6.

Well when there is a minute left and your before the 50 yard line and you have to score a TD, most games I have seen end with an INT in that situation. ALL THE TIME.

Yup. As a QB, you don't have a lot of the luxuries you have with time in your pocket, or TOs. You force throws you normally wouldn't make.

I was just going to post this before I saw that somebody else had already done it. Man, ESPN is f*cking clueless!

Yeah the offense didn't do every thing they could do put they still put up 27 points and had 0 turnovers until the forced interception.

If Bug-eyes caught the damn ball we wouldn't be talking about any of this...

IMO is should have be called "Reche's Eye Popper"

PD.

Which one? The one where they scored on the next play, or the one where he was raped in the end zone two plays later?

I don't think that BugEyes scores if he catches the pass; it appears as if the DB recovers sufficiently by the time Bledsoe, er, Brady, throws it to him. Had the QB been in the shotgun, then perhaps his altered peripheral vision would have detected the open WR much sooner.

Brady's real "blunders" occured during the first series of the 1st half, and the first series of the 2nd half. There may even be more; I'll have to re-watch the 2nd half again.
