Pats@ Colts, Nov. 4th 4:15 CBS

Will this game really not be on nationally??

How is it possible that this game is not in prime-time?

Personally, I wish none of the games were in "prime-time"! Football should be played on sunday at 1pm the way god intended!

I'm sure it will be the national 4:00 game. CBS will protect it from becoming primetime.

I disagree , spending the summers indoor with DVR on is not the way to go.

How many national 4:15 games does CBS do? Do they have two then divide the country between east coast/west coast? Or is it just one game for all? Just trying to figure out if we're gonna get it in Cali...

See you November 4th

FINALLY:ESPN: "the Colts finally lured them into a regular-season game in the RCA Dome. "

Re: See you November 4th

...played there in 2003.

Does the name "Willie McGinest" ring a bell?

Welcome, but, yes, you're going to get a LOT of these posts, and ESPN should be ashamed of itself. We played there in 2003, it's really not that long ago.

Generally, each week there are only 3-4 games of the 4 O'Clock variety. A 4:05 start means a local broadcast in the areas of interest (shown in the cities of the teams playing). A 4:15 start will BLANKET the rest of the country. So, depending on teams like SF,OAK,SD and where THEY are playing, you MAY get this game.

Haha, thanks. I'll be watching it either way, just a question of by myself with the Tivo remote in hand, or in a packed bar with the fans who only come out for the "big" games.

Re: See you November 4th

They do have a point though. I understand it is the nuances of scheduling, but the three regular season games there, combined with the two playoff games, make it seem like an eternity.

Wasn't he the poor soul who sustained what appeared to be a significant injury at the end of the game, only to run off the field under his own power after the heart stopping victory by the patsies??;)

Leave it to a Colts fan to question iffy tactics that are still deemed legal by the rules. Irony sandwich.

I'm not questioning anything. Pats won. Great. Colts blew their chance after Brady gift wrapped the fastest 3 and out I've ever seen. "Bootleg" and "QB sneak" must not have been in the playbook

Indy will have played @Carolina the week before. Carolina will be coming off their bye week. Hopefully, it will be a rough day for the Colts.

He didn't run off the field.....he HIGH STEPPED it to mid-field with his #1 finger in the air :D :rocker:
