"I will eat my hat if the Pats select (fill in the blank)."

LOL! Seriously, if Patrick Willis falls to 24 I'll be jumping for joy!
I never doubted your leaping ability, it would be nice to have him fall to 24 just for the closure on the speculation.

If he falls to 24 and BB doesn't pick him I'll probably be scratching my head for a month, especially if Carriker and Lynch are already off the board.

Draft psoriasis, a common affliction hereabouts.

I'll eat my hat if they draft any TE, WR, RB, or OL with one of the first 2 picks

Ballsy.....what if they trade 1 of their first round picks????

Paul Pos
Greg Olsen
Brian Leonord

Also, I'd hate to see them pass on Houston or Meriweather.

I was going to edit that and say the scratching wouldn't be from dandruff or head lice (which I've never had), but just out of pure confusion.

I didn't think to mention of psoriasis, lol!

Another offensive draft for the Pats it is! :singing:

haha, lets hope not, I can understand possibly grabbing staley at 28 or maybe meachem at 24 if each were available, but the team desperately needs speed and playmaking abilities at the saftie and ilb positions, and cb too if samuel pulls a meon.

Any WR, OL, or TE.

Beason

That's in the first round.

Still don't think they have room for a WR on the roster. Maybe one latter rounder.

.....a TE or O-Lineman at 24 or 28.

Include any Linebackers from Florida based schools.

Also, any can't miss "system" 4-3 ILB's from Ole Miss. ICKY....keep that sucker away from any our picks. Who needs all that speed, strenghth, athleticism and potential. Hand me a barf bag if we pick that guy!
<<<Reverse Psychology as they usually take folks you really don't want them too>>>;)

-Leonard
-Poz
-Rufus Alexander
-Troy Smith

A 1st day QB.

Who will we definitely NOT pick (out of only guys projected to go in the 1st round)? For me it would be Dwayne Jarrett. In the BB/Pioli era we have never drafted a "possession WR" to use the polite term. They have to time well at the combine (Branch, Johnson, Jackson). Jarrett arrogantly skipped the entire event. There have been questions over Jarrett's work ethic. According to the workout thread, Jarrett hasn't interviewed or worked out for us. I would literally fall out of my seat in a state of shock if we choose him. I'm not saying Jarrett can't find an environment where he could flourish, it's just that IMO, it's not going to be here.

Anybody else?

Funny that you should ask this question, because many years ago before the draft, there was a player who I thought was going to suck. I told a bunch of friends in an email that if "the Patriots draft Eugene Chung, and will eat my shoe". It wasn't very tasty.

To answer your question for this year. I'll have to get a cup of coffee first, and come up with something.:)
