Manziel's an idiot!

I think that if Hoyer is healthy he will play this year.

Hoyer led them to a 3-0 record last season, and they were actually in first place about 6 weeks into the season.

With a decent enough defense, they'd be total morons not to start Brian Hoyer. It seems that CLE could be a .500 team with any semblance of a QB whatsoever. Throwing a young rookie to the wolves would be a ridiculous decision, not to mention the fact that both coach and GM have repeatedly stated that Hoyer is the starter.

In my opinion, the only way that Manziel starts is if Hoyer totally sucks in about 3-4 games in a row, or he gets injured.

johnny manziel with stephen 7-17.jpg Here's a pic from tonight of my cousin with Manziel in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

Apparently, the man likes to party down all over the world.

EDIT: This is my cousin's response : "******* sprayed champagne all over us trying to look cool in front of some club rats."

Ah, Johnny---you never let me down. It's too bad that an entire city is looking to this guy to lead them out of the basement.

This kids got the starting job basically sitting in front of his face and this is how he conducts himself. Show me some Mallet and Garrapolo pics that are equivalent. Both of them know they have no shot in hell at starting unless catastrophe strikes, but yet they still take their back-up job seriously.

It's a noticeable contrast. This kids running drunk through a minefield. More pain in store for the Factory of Sadness. It's too bad. They have a good D and just need a leader on offense. Johnny and Gordon could be something to behold but they just can't pull their heads out of their......

Talent is nothing without commitment.

Has this kid ever been punched in the mouth?

I think not...

Coke schmoke....

LT was a coke head nobody gave a F because he was great.

If JFoot turns into the next Wilson or good QB people will turn the other way. Or he can turn into the next Leaf.

Hell, if Hernandez didnt murder anyone but I found out he was doing PcP in season I wouldn't care, he was a beast.

You really think people can do PCP without it creating serious problems in their lives?

Guess I offended some by saying PCP use is not a good recipe for a good life

Obviously it affects your life negatively and could utimately destroy it, but there are probably many guys in the league who use coke or other hard drugs and show up to work everyday and practice ad do this job on Sundays too.

If Hernandez didnt have the insanity and balls to kill someone, he would still be here and we'd all be rooting for him having no clue he was using PCP.

He showed up to work, said all the right things, and kept his body right and performed on Sundays. I can't control what a player takes or doesn't and frankly I don't care, it's their life, as long as they show up and do their job by helping us win I don't care what drugs they do

Different era that didn't include camera phones and twitter.

Ah, the good ole' USA myth of independence, that what one person does doesn't affect the lives of the rest. That belief system is the biggest addiction problem we have in society, and kills more people than all the drugs combined.

Sorry, but that's a load of garbage.

Pontius Pilate was drunk when he sealed the fate of Jesus.

Ergo, all alcoholics are Christ killers! We must hold an inquisition!

Unless I'm a close family friend of the person or direct relative, I do not care what you do with your life.

Kills more people than all drugs combined.... Okay. Obvious exaggeration.

Sorry I'm not responsible for all the drug addicts in the world.

Again example, Hernandez lets say used PCP regularly his whole career... I wouldn't care. The man said the right things and did his job. That's my relationship to Hernandez... Win football games and be a decent human (which he obviously isn't).

This may just be a moral thing but I feel I don't have the right to step into someone's life I don't even know just to help a person that CHOSE to make their decisions

People need to spend more time worrying about what people they have influence with are doing, and less time worrying about celebrities.
