Indystar posters obsessed with Patriots

Sorry to go off topic here. I was surfing the net, and I came across the indystar website. There is a pretty large colts forum on that site. I was reading the posts and a ton of them are about the patriots. They all consist of delusional colts fans bashing the pats, then spazing out when a pats fan makes a rational argument, telling them to "go to there own forum". The funny part is, none of the pats threads are ever started by pats fans. Always colts fans who spend the whole time obsessing over every move we make. Haha, most of em dont even know what they are talking about with contract numbers and moves we make. They dont seem to know much about football ,or how players get paid ( gauranteed money etc etc )

Lol, we are not in there heads at all!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is it like that on every colts board? They win one sb out of the last 6 and they all the sudden think they are some kind of force? They act like we dont have 3 rings to there 1. I never really see any indy themed posts on here, or on other pats forums. Looks like they are pretty obsessed with the patriots over there.

The Chargers thread made me go take a look at other forums. While the chargers fans are totally delusional ( most became fans last year) I expected more from the colts fans.

The patriots fo fart's and there is a 15 page thread there about it. I dont see many colts themed threads. I dont see any actually.

I agree... The number of threads are not even close. The other sites (at times) have more pats threads then threads dealing with there own teams. Just last week on that indystar board, there where more pats threads then colts ones. All started by colts fans.

I hear ya... Over there it seems like the colts fans are obsessed with the pats every move. Someone actually thought Stallworth was going to make 35 million bucks? They where razzing how dumb we were until a fellow colts fan's told them it was a one year deal for cheap money at little to no risk for the patriots. They then explained how nfl contracts worked and the poster said that Stallworth was arrested for drugs!

The Colts have alot more reason to be obsessed by us than we are them.

We had a gut punch game this year - they have had double the pain.

It probably doesn't help that they are allmost outnumbered by Patriots fans on that board, though the competitive part of me is amused by a rivals board being over-run.

i noticed that....its the same for jets and dolphins forums too...all season long we talk about pats news, and they talk about pats news lol

then the occasional aqua comes along and says the dolphins are going to take the East ....then followed by a 1-5 opening season record...

I think they're scared. They see the 2nd best team in football last year upgrading their roster dramatically and the draft isn't even here yet and we had 2 1st round picks.

Meanwhile, their FO has done nothing to upgrade their roster. They thought they had put us away for good but in reality, this team is loaded up for another lengthy run. I can imagine their frustration and hysteria disguised as "the Pats suck" threads.

The Colts have spent the past 3 years loading up for one big run. How that they finally got the monkey off their backs, we're seeing the first signs of wear on their roster. Rhodes and Harper are gone. June to follow. The team is as close to cap hell as you get in the new CBA, and they are short a draft pick. Meanwhile, not only the Pats, but the Broncos and Jets upgrade too.

To be fair, Pat fans have infested other boards, in particular the Indystar Colts board, ever since xxxvi, much moreso than the reverse.

Half the threads you see there were started by Pats fans (& trolls) and most of the others by Colt fans trolling their own....
