It's easy, and only takes a few moments.Wr is now set, and now if Edge Hartwell signs, do you think its possible we trade up to get Landry from LSU.. Or do we stay put let the draft fall to us, and draft Willis and Nelson... All I know is this has been a great week to be a Pats fan in the offseason:rocker:

Write it down... If Adam Carriker DL Nebraska is still there at 24. the Pats will take him. Remember Ty Warren will be a FA next year, and BB loves his DL. LAst year it was rumorred that if the Ravens DL Haloti Ngata was still on the board at 21 BB would have drafted him.
A lot depends on what Samuel thinks about signing long term here. If he is balking, the Pats will be forced to draft his replacement in the first round. If he will sign long term, then the Pats can focus on replacing their TWO oldest starters in 2008 - namely Rodney and Tedy.
Either way, I look for this draft to be heavily weighted toward the Defense on Day 1. The order of S - LB - CB is about all that remains to be decided.
Draft a Safety and an ILB in the 1st.
Draft a CB in the 3rd.
Draft a RB in the 4th.
I'll be surprised if they pick at 24 and 28. I think they'll move up and down. IMO, they need to move into a position to get Reggie Nelson. He's one of the few true difference makers available in this draft...

To me there is only one guy who is worth moving up for. Patrick Willis.
It's very difficult to find an ILB that can play the Patriots type of defense. Willis is the only player that is close to a sure bet in this years LB class.
We can grab a safety with good potential later.
There are a lot of them in this draft class.

I guess I have to give up on the man-crush that I have for Anthony Gonzalez.
