BB should be HC of the year

We have one consistent WR in Edelman, our defense barely has anyone left. I'm not sure how many Pro-Bowlers we have, yet win won the AFC East and have a chance for a 1st round bye. His game and clock management have been incredible. Great job

Compare to Harbaugh, who for no good reason insisted to keep playing the game even when it was well out of hand.

Bill is beyond compare, but shines even more because there are so many shytty coaches in the NFL and so many lousy organizations..

If he cares, then I care.

But, it has been an amazing job. If you had (back in august) told us who we'd lose during the season, then most of us would have predicted a 5-11 season. Maybe the die-hard estimates would have predicted 8- and that one guy who always predicts 59-0 in the guess the score thread would have said 15-1 aand probably been closer than most of us.

I feel proud of the team and it was an odd season where the defense was holding the games together early, while the rookies and offensive parts got on the same page. Once their side was decimated, then the offense took over.

What's been happening lately, jeez...some entertaining football (and that's about all I feel comfortable asking for, but I get so much more...like Division champs!).

We all know BB should definitely win coach of the year. I just want him and TB to win 1 or 2 more rings to prove to the doubters what I already know-that he is the greatest coach in NFL history and TFB is the GOAT!

Beat me to the punch! I was at a party last night which is thrown every year at this time. At this party are hard nosed football fans from a lot of different teams (all have Sunday Ticket). After a number of beers I proclaimed that BB was the best coach in the history of the NFL. I then challenged everyone to name a better coach. No one did.

No coach does more with less, that's for sure.

Our victories are coming due to outcoaching, outworking, and outscheming the opponent in my opinion, because we sure have a lack of talent in certain areas.

Unfortunately, the average fan or mediot isn't going to think twice about Belichick's ability to have an 11 or 12 win season, unless they went to the SB again.

It will probably be Andy Reid. Ron Rivera is another good candidate, as is Bruce Arians.

For an older Pats fan like me. I'm 52. Started following a little in 73 and I'd say more 76. It's mind-boggling to me that the Pats have passed Oakland and Denver for having the best regular season record of the original AFL teams. Have won as many Super Bowl as the Raiders and one more than Denver.

I know this topic has been discussed ad nauseam and its probably a forgone conclusion that Manning will win the MVP this season, but I believe this is one of the best coaching jobs that Belichick has done and he should be in the mix for coach of the year. You can also argue Brady for MVP given that he has done more with less but its not going to happen for him. Anyway, its good to know that we don't measure success by individual achievements but rather championships.
