This team has to start putting drives together in each quarter. And watching vereen in the past Denver game, he is a playmaker. He can be a difference maker like gronk. Not as good as gronk, but he can lessen the blow.

Lets put a 50 burger on the Mia D with a stellar WIN.

look at the starting WRs tomorrow...amendola, edelman, boyce, slater and collie

I fear another brutally slow start. This team NEEDS to start fast once before playoffs..all i want

Also get ready to see a semi home game for the pats...pats fans will be all over down there.

veeren and all the WRs benefitted a lot with gronk being there. Going to be very tight windows with gronk out. Look at TD drive before the game winner vs the browns. Edelman caught everything in heavy traffic. Going to be that type of game.
Fins definitely have the advantage in this game ...

The Fins DONT have an advantage if our defense plays 60 and has a few TO's.

Our D has yet to play 60 since all the injuries...they may get a few TOs...but brady is good for a INT or 2 now...especially in MIA

He is going to have to force the ball so much more now with gronk out..which will mean more TOs probably

Gotta run the ball early on. Then spread it out. Then back to the run to ice it.
That's my formula for tmrw!

But the dolphins are mammals! :bricks:

I want ridley to have a big day

Targeting Gronk- 4 INT in 67 attempts
Targeting everyone else- 5 INT* in 456 attempts

*1 was the Sudfeld drop into the defender's hands

I can see him getting an increased load. But I don't see a lot more snaps, but more than he had last Sunday.

I want more snaps for him...especially if blount is doing nothing. If blount is doing fine then that works too

Tannehill is good for 2 lost fumbles

"Squish the Fish" a reminder of a bygone era, before we were spoiled.

My best friend is a Miami fan, complete with his lifesize Dan Marino cutout, how usually joins us for the game, but Dan is just an observer.

Today will be a good, fun day... and the resourcefulness and creativity of this team will beat Miami...

The Dolphins are a hard team to read. They beat the Bengals, Chargers and handed the Colts their first loss in Indianapolis. They lost to Buffalo at home and the Buccaneers on the road. Who are these guys?

They give up more than 3.5 sacks per game, but they are getting 3 sacks per game themselves. The Dolphins don't have much of a running game, but they have outstanding receivers including their tight end who is emerging as a force.

The Dolphins rushing statistics are interesting - they're near the bottom of the league in rushing for 1st downs, and have only 8 rushing TDs (compared to 15 for the Patriots.) Quick, name the Dolphins leading rusher without looking. Lamar Miller. Who? And he's coming off a concussion last weekend after just six carries. Their yards per carry is decent, but clearly this game is the Dolphins weakness against the Patriots weakness.

All the comparison reports give an edge to the Dolphins when they run, but I think that is crap.

If the Patriots can make some plays on pass defense - not necessarily interceptions - they can win this one. Matt Patricia should send the house against Tannehill and this pedestrian offensive line, especially sets with Ninkovich, Collins and Jones to speed rush.

This is the game that the defense should step up and win.

Michael Irving just called the Dolphins the best team in the AFCE.

I like how everyone is picking the dolphins and then acting like they're going out on a limb.

"Without Gronk, the Dolphins are the best team in the AFCE .Thats how important pass catchers are .Iam sick and tired of it always being the QB" -Irvin.
They also blamed denver's offensive woes in welker not being there. While that maybe true , they have a 100 other weapons, they should adjust better, yes?

Michael IRVING?

is that Washington Irving's step-great great great grandson?

Thats what the pats defense did last time, they blitzed the heck out of him the 2nd half and asked him to throw outside.
Their running game has been much better in recent games but our front 4 needs to step up. Chandler Jones wasnt very effective vs McKinnie. Their lack of pressure even vs jason campbell was alarming.
Defense and ST needs to assist this offense.
