The Ravens and Bills agreed to a trade Thursday that will send running back Willis McGahee to Baltimore in exchange for the team's third and seventh-round picks in this year's draft, along with the Ravens' third-round pick in 2008, league sources tell ESPN.com's Michael Smith.

Very nice move by Buff getting two thirds. McGahee is just a cancer, hopefully he breaks his knees again and can never walk again.

Do not understand this trade, good for us, maybe it is easier to be a thug in Baltimore..

be careful saying that.

All the PC people on this board are going to complain about your comments.

I said i wanted Adam V to break his leg and there were non-stop tears for about 2 months...

Just giving you a fair warning:singing:

Good.. Glad to get that pain in the ass out of the division..He hurt us at times..Kind of like Welker in Miami

They probably already have McGahee signed to an extension before the trade was made, much like the Jets with Thomas Jones.

It's a good move becuase they got something for a guy who did not want to be there is the first place. Buffalo also has a chance to draft Marshawn Lynch who shoudl be a pretty good NFL back. And with the needs and lack of money that team has mid level draft picks are the only way that team is going to get better.

It's good for us too, becuase I think McGahee is a beast and am glad we don't have face him twice a year now.

Be careful of what you wish for..It can backfire..On you

I believe the Pats were 6-0 against Buffalo when he was in uniform. A couple of close calls but still undefeated. Welker on the other hand, his punt return early in the '04 Monday-nighter changed the pace of the entire game.

Heard that Dillon was up in Buffalo and they may sign him to replace McGahee.

I hope Dillon has more sense than to sign there. He deserves better.

The only useful purpose he could have there is to rack up yards; since their QB will stink and they will have to rely on the RB. With that front office organization there is no way they will be competing for anything but draft picks for the next 3-4 years; if ever.

I'll trust Buffalo fans on this one. They wanted him gone. two 3s is pretty good in that case.

Except that he cost them a 1st round pick. And now they probably have to spend a 1st to replace him. The Ravens got a bargain in terms of talent but the personality of the player is a well known problem.

Yeah hes Young and it cost them a last 1st a few years ago. I think they should held out for like a 2nd this year and 3rd next year. Typical crappy move by buff.

I don't get why some of you are happy about this, claiming it's better for us because "he's out of the division" and we "don't have to face him twice a year now."

I think Baltimore is a much bigger obstacle in our quest for next year's title. This deal is no cause for celebration among Pats fans.

Lynch in Buffalo? For his sake, I hope not. Being a Cal fan, I wish better for him, and I don't want to root against him as a Bill. But, que sera sera.

personally I love Mcgahee, I think he is one hell of a back

I posted last night about this I am a Buffalo fan. You are right we really wanted him out. There was no way we were going to extend his contract next year so this way at got something for him.

I will put it this way if Laurence Maroney or what not on the Pat's were to publicly says that he thinks the Pat's should be moved and he does not like playing in NE and he missed the offseason and had to have his RB coach signal what to do because he did not know the plays were you consider letting him go the year before his contract run out. On top of this his number and play were slipping.

The team is rebuilding and WM was not the answer. But yes he did seem to play good against the Pat's and the Jets. Like someone on here said we have not won a game against you guys with WM. Hopefully for our shake that will change this year.

Damn the Bears and Bills. Neither received nearly as much compensation for 2 top-shelf RBs as they should have.

I wonder, what would the Deadskins want for Ladell Betts?
