These "Salute to Service" hoodies must have been an extremely limited production run. They're going for hundreds of dollars on eBay. One has 38 bids up to $262.75 with almost three days left! They're otherwise nowhere to be found at retail. Did anybody here buy one? I think regular price was around $85, which was ridiculous enough.

No, but I got the 59/50 hat. Should work well for all my activities. Nothing like hunting with my bow at 10,000 plus feet elevation several miles in, with my pats hat on!!!!

being a Vet .. .I wanted one ... F that ... $85 was fine but $300 lol

I seen one for $9.95+$29.95 for shipping from China. :p Logo isn't right either...

Personally I prefer the hoodies that zip up the front. I've never cared for pullovers.

Interestingly enough, I make it a point to never wear anything but plain black tee shirts & hoodies. BUT, I make an exception for Pats items and US Navy items. otherwise, I won't buy them. I could never see the sense in paying some corporation a good chunk of change just so I could wear their logo and give them free advertising. Unless I approve of the message, like with the Patriots and the US Navy, I just won't shell out my hard-earned dollars for that sort of stuff. :D

I had a feeling I should have bought one when they were available on the NFL shop. I really like them, and think they're pretty cool looking. Damn, should have bought one. :(

For that price it should be signed by the whole team and come with tickets to a game.

I wanted one too, but the $85 price tag stopped me. That's extortion. Even at $55 they'd profit handsomely. A similar quality hoody made from the same material sans logo would be $35 at any sporting goods store. People forking over $275-up for these things is insanity.

The NFL would like to fu...er, thank you over and over for your contributions to their success.

Exactly. The NFL claims it really appreciates all it's fans, but it's REAL appreciation is reserved for those with more money than brains.

Gonna look to buy ribbon and logo seperate and have wife sew on standard hoodie. ;)

Money saved will donate to WWP.
