They just signed Ramsey too!
Graham, Henry, Bly (which might end up being a #6 pick), Ramsey.

Damn. I was hoping the Pats would look at Ramsey.

There signing many players but none have been big names so far.

Yeah, it looks like we'll probably meet them again in the playoffs sometime. I know it WAY early to predict that but they look like they improved their team by a lot.

Graham, Henry, and Bly are pretty big names to me. They are all starters, that's for sure. Ramsey would be a good backup for them. They'll be tough next year again.

Something I didn't know is Graham has only averaged 20 CATCHES PER YEAR. I would never have guessed it would be that low.

Henry has been cut from two teams in the last three years, so I don't know how great he can be, and Bly has pretty mcuh disappeared recently, partly due to playing in Detroit. He's a pretty good player but I would not rate him near the best cornerbacks in the league. Plus it remains to be seen if Denever will even keep him.

Regardless, Denver is going to be tough. I know this because they are always tough. They have a very good system and a good coach.

Where did they get that much money?

I would bet money that Henry has a blowout year with Denver. He's their kind of runner. I would almost guarantee over 1200 yards

Broncos are 1 of the best organizations so im not suprised they deal well and attract players. they have a great coach, great FO and some great guys that attract others(Smith, Champ, Wilson,Lynch)

I know Henry got cut just recently because of money, but what other time did he get cut? I believe he got traded to from Buffalo to the Titans.

The trick is to stay out of Denver in January. I'd rather take the chances of NE being a 4 seed if Denver is 5 then if NE was a 2 and DEN a 1.

I definitely could be mistaken but I believe he was but form the Bills.

the common mistake the "redskin" mentality fan makes

the belief that FA winners = success the following year.....

:yeahthat: While they've improved themselves through FA, they've also had a very tough year in terms of some tragic losses and the jury's still out on the Plummer move. Shanahan's a good coach,though-it will be interesting to see how they do. But unless they really stink,I'd still be happy to avoid Mile High in January.

eh at least you guys have the climate to not mind cold mile high, i really have no idea why the broncos have been your kryptonite though, it's odd to say the least. maybe it changes with cutler there.

I don't think we play them next year...Phew!!...One less loss

Unless we meet them in the playoffs

I'll take Cassel in a heartbeat over Ramsey.

I wasn't talking about Ramsey over Cassel, but be stupid and make that assumption.

I was talking about developing another QB behind Brady. Ramsey isn't a bad QB and he could push Cassel to get even better.

The Broncos, although not quite as good as us, had success consistently in recent years because of great coaching and system. You can't compare them to the Redskins. Shanahan is a pretty smart guy himself and similarly to BB, he hasn't made that many bad FA decisions. So it's not FA winners = success, it's bringing in the guys that will fit on your team and contribute to make a difference.
