Moss vs. Stallworth

I think at 30 Moss may have come to the point where he wants to win.

I think BB can turn him around....BB is not stupid, he wouldn't be interested unless he thought he could.

I feel like Yoda and Qui-Qon debating over whether to train Anakin. He IS the chosen one! LOL

I don't think he's lazy. If you played for that stinky team, would you be motivated at all? It was the worst team of NFL. When he comes here, he will be motivated.

I don't mean the Raiders years. No one get motived playing for the old Al.

Peter King actually did a count of how Moss play in one game in his MINN year.
The Moss-man just walk through 80% of the route when he is not the go-to guy, that's what I call lazy.

However, I really can't imagine anyone going to be not motived and lazy after he get in the huddle with Tom Brady. I can see the Moss-man getting excited and all and he probably would tell the Brady-man that he would try his darn hardest to get to any ball for the Brady-man.

Why? Why do you prefer one giant thread to several smaller ones? They aern't suplicate threads Each one takes on a life of its own.

There is no reason we can only discuss a player in one thread.

What do you want? The mods to set up about 20 titled threads and we all have to post in one and no one can start a new thread?

ARRRGGGHHHH!!!!!!!

:bricks:

MODS!!!!!! PLEASE CONDENSE THESE THREADS!!!!!

Are you doing this to piss us all off?

SI just has an article support the theory of not trading for Moss.

Hi SC,
Its just that I am freakin sick and tired of the 30 Stallworth and 20 Moss threads a day. Lets just have one of each for the day. Everyone actually reads the entire thread on each subject before repeating the same thoughts over and over again. If someone has some real, genuine news, and not just more speculation and more opinion, then fine, start another. Everyone seems too lazy to read what has been already said, and resaid, over and over, and prefer instead to start yet another thread stating yet again, the same arguements. You have something really fresh and new to report (ie:, my wife just piss tested Stallworth and he's pregnant:D , or my brother just talked with Moss, who says he had a personality transplant and he just wants to be part of a team for once in his career, and cant wait to suit up for vet min)
its worth a new thread. Everything else can go in the daily garbage can thread set up for those two.

I actually was very excited to hear the rumor of Randy possible joining this team. I remembered the guy single-handedly blow away the NY Giants 41-0 in the NFC playoff games a few years back.

If this is intentional sarcasm, then I'm sorry I missed it, but it as Moss and the Vikings that were destroyed 41-0 by the New York Giants in that playoff game you are referencing (and not the other way around).

To get to your point though. I too would rather have Moss over Stallworth.

-Stallworth is much much younger and is probably looking for just the paycheck.

-Moss is older, has had his pay day, and has probably reached the point in his career where he will restructure his contract to get on a contender.

-plus I just flat out think that Moss is a better receiver anyways.

I wouldn't want either player. Moss isn't a "team player" and Stallworth seems to be injured every year.

Stallworth. A decent player. I would rank him lower than Deion Branch.

What do you think ?

Neither for different reasons. What's wrong with drafting a WR in the third or fourth in a draft that's reportedly deep at the position?

The injury history keep going into his college year. Injured wrist in the first game of his last seaon in Tennesse.

i think moss is better tan Stallworth
