As time goes on I still enjoy listening to this man, his football intelligence always comes through.. I always want to hear more.

To admit he was wrong to his defense is huge in this league, and shows what a great leader he is...

Maybe I focus on Pats Football too much, but do not see many HC's huddling with their O or D and coaching them on that level....

It's true. I've been to a few games and I always try and take as many BB pictures as I can. The guy is always with his defense..coaching. He is a pure coach not some drama queen in a headset, lording it over the sidelines. I love that about him

Also LOVE the whole, "d%#*!@t, that's my fault, I *****ed that up." That's just HUGE, being able to take the responsibility on your shoulders. Love our guy.

Taking responsibility and admitting to it is rare these days.

Saying that to the players makes his criticisms of their poor play in film review less personal and simply a results oriented critique of job performance.

Exactly! And to say that to a bench full of players who've been alive slightly longer than he's been coaching. In fact, show my a single second of footage in this video (or anywhere OUTside of the media room) where BB has come across as arrogant. You can't, because he's not. Supremely confident, yes. An arrogant douche, no (well, only to the mediots, but the deserve it).

Awesome, I love the Sound FX series. I really provides a great glimpse into how it all happens on the sidelines and field. BB is the man.. I'm not so sure he hangs it up when Brady does. Unless Brady plays till he's 45.

I can't see BB ever retiring. He's gonna be out there until his death bed. And even then he'll probably have a couple of last game plans planned out. If you think you love football more than BB, you are WRONG.

Without meaning to sound overly cheesy, I think that he could easily write a book covering many subjects outside of the game of football. The psychology of the workplace would be a fine start. He relates to both his employer and his employees very, very well--and that's just the most basic level of what he does. There could be about 10 different lessons in there on any given day, probably more than that.

As for the team itself, it's not hard to think that there would be some common bonds between overcoming challenges, obstacles, and adversity in many ways not only on the football field...but also in real life situations too. While they're just people playing a sport for fun, they can also provide some positivity for those who wish to see it. Sometimes you don't just have to be a kid to be awed.

Belichick is really good at telling people that they did a good job.

Collinsworth on inside the NFL: "Brady's mental toughness, passion and leadership is gonna be tough to beat in the Super Bowl"

After watching the NO game, I have gotten that feeling, especially after last night, that this team can win it all. I believe they do, and look what happened Sunday when they believed. They freakin' with Tom taking them on his back, leading them to victory.
