After exhaustive research I'd like to report:

The Dolphins have agreed to terms with LB Jerry Porter on a five-year, $32 million contract. The deal includes a $12 million signing bonus.

Porter will be guaranteed $20 million, a ridiculous figure. He's a big upgrade over Donnie Spragan for coordinator Dom Capers' defense in 2007, but it's doubtful the contract holds up well. Many within the Steelers' organization didn't believe Porter's recent play matched his mouth.

Once again the Patriots aren't able to land such a highly regarded player, why, because they're cheap, that's why.

So, err, when do I get paid for my reporting on this site, my income stream has been recently, umm, interupted.

As I've metioned before, we need a new forum for these types of posters.

We don't want to call it "Assclown". That would be stealing from the Planet. We are not Ron Borges.

I suggest we call it the "MUP" forum. It would be like the PUP that players go on. But, this would be for the "Mentally Unable to Perform".

If after six weeks on MUP, if a poster can not perform he/she/it can come back to the forum. If not, they would have to go on IR (ban).
