Did Not Practice
DL Tommy Kelly (knee) OUT

Limited Participation
CB Kyle Arrington (groin) QUESTIONABLE
CB Aqib Talib (hip) QUESTIONABLE
RB Leon Washington (ankle) QUESTIONABLE
WR Danny Amendola (groin) PROBABLE
RB Brandon Bolden (knee) PROBABLE
OL Marcus Cannon (shoulder) PROBABLE
WR Julian Edelman (thigh) PROBABLE
TE Rob Gronkowski (back/forearm/hamstring) PROBABLE

Gronk and Amendola are probable, so we may finally get some small amount of offensive veteran continuity in the receiving corps.

And maybe not limited snaps. But then that makes Tom have to go to the other guys.

I want to see a clean game from the oline and some of those trademark inside the numbers quick pass throws and catches .That will be a great progress.

The things I'd do to watch a Pats game this year without any injuries or controversial refereeing ...

<Insert obligatory Kelly is made of glass and is a bust comment>

As expected.

Kelly should feasibly be back by the Panthers game.

I read today that he had a setback during practice.

It seemed kind of weird that less than a week ago Kelly was reportedly limping noticeably around the lockerroom, then suddenly he's back at practice. It would seem as though he tried to practice and simply couldn't go.

How many weeks was Gronk at practice before he played in a game; just saying.

Was Gronkowski "noticeably limping?" No. I'm not really seeing the relationship to your comparison.

It's not surprising that Kelly had a setback and wasn't ready to return if the reporters thoughts are true and he was limping that badly just days before.

Talib was seen walking through the locker room just fine after his injury and still hasn't returned weeks later.

Gronk never practiced one day then missed the next.

Kelly was limping around the locker room, practiced for a day or two, then was held out of practice. Speculating that he had a setback makes sense.

The bye week is coming at the right time for players such as Talib, Kelly, Amendola, Gronk, Arrington, and any other player who is dealing with more minor, day to day injuries.

Hopefully the setback that Kelly occurred with Kelly isn't too big of a deal and he can take the next couple of weeks to rest and get back to full health again. His presence is obviously needed on the DL, based on what we've seen the past month.

well that sucks....team can't catch a break

Today's inactives:

Kenbrell Thompkins
Aqib Talib
Leon Washington
Steve Beauharnais
Josh Boyce
Chris Barker
Jake Bequette

I thought I read Kelly was put on IR ?
