I am working with a Miami fan today and when I was telling him who we've signed so far, he said he wasn't concerned about the Morris signing because Ricky Williams will be back? I haven't seen anything on Williams, even though he is suppose to return this year from his stunt in Canada? Do they want him back? Where has he been?

On a side note, he wasn't to happy when I informed he that we are allegedly going after Welker- he said it better not happen.. lol...

Jamaica, mon.

Ricky is at the business end of a foot long blunt.

There was an article in the SF paper yesterday about Ricky. He is at a Yoga center about 3 hours west of San Francisco. They showed some pictures of him. he looks skinny, but in good shape. Says he plans on playing this year and that he is off the grass.

I hope he comes back, I enjoy watching him play, and would like to see him do well. Obviously a troubled kid, but not a bad seed.

Well, I hope he really is... I wish him luck!! Thanks for the info!!

This looks like a thread I can provide some insight on.

The only thing us Dolphins' fans are worried about is if he will be reinstated by the NFL. He still has to present himself to the NFL to be judge to see if he will be allowed to play again. I expect him to be back, but remember Ontario Smith, the NFL didn't allow him back.

The thought of Ricky and Ronnie next year just gives me goosebumbs!:D

How'd he do last year in Canada?

He kind of had a roller coaster season. But it's very hard to judge him off stats becuase the CFL is cleary a passing leauge (only 3 downs.) He did fine though with what he had and I think the most important thing was that he was playing football. All that rust shouldn't be there this time around. I hope Ricky can get us 10-12 carries a game with Ronnie getting 15-20. That's a damn good backfield man. Ronnie is real close to becoming premiere and Ricky, well, he's Ricky.

Ricky is hanging out in a hut made of bamboo, smoking blunts, and doing yoga.

It should give you goose bumps of fear. Ronnie sucks and is over rated, and williams is nuthing but a washed up stoner.

Whatever, dude. Ronnie Brown is going to be a very good back...if he is ever used correctly.

while it is fun to make fun of the pot thing I am not sure that it affects your play all that much. there are a lot of players in the league who smoke. I have a few friends who have smoked with patriots from our dynasty, I will not say who they are but they are long gone. rickey may be washed up but it prolly has more to do with his head which seems messes up than the pot.

I just make fun of it because i think its pathetic to let weed get in the way of being a pro back in the NFL. If you cant get clean off weed you are defenitly a week ass. If he was shooting heroin or something then couldnt stay clean i would understand. The pot is what caused him to get all his suspensions and everything else, and was given chance after chance. If it was up to me i wouldnt let that guy step foot on an other NFL field for the rest of his life. Even when he did come back for a while he sucked.

Teams arent going to fear the Miami pass game with Culpepper at QB. Teams priority will be stopping the run. If Miami had a great Qb, i do think brown can be better, but not great. Culpepper is going to do nothing but hold your team down, sorry to tell ya. Harrington is there only hope, unless they pick up someone else. I think Garcia would have been a good QB for Miami, but i guess they think Culpepper can do it. Miami dont win 7 game with Dante.

Well that is certainly true. It is one thing to smoke a little if you have never been caught but if you cant quit pot to save your nfl career than something is wrong with you. Supposedly he is clean now and figured that out I guess time will tell on wether or not the NFL lets him back in. Unfrotunately for him the NFL might try and use him as an example for everyone as they are trying to crack down on this stuff after pacmans incedents except they dont seem to want to do anything to Pacman(hopefully they will in time) but they are trying to make a 3 strikes rule.
