Too many bad news to bear on this Friday afternoon…. Between Gronk’s return anticipation turning into a season-long spoiler, Wilfork out, Kelly down, Ridley in limp mode, Amendola gimp....

I say fck it…. Could be much worse in the NFL :)

Enjoy the 4-1 fellas, TGIF, and GO PATS! :D :singing:

LOL, Homer Simpson. I guess things could be worse!

As always, we don't know how good we have it as fans of this team.

So true. The worst we are going to be at 11:00 p.m. on Sunday night is 4-2 and tied for 1st in the division, and we could be a whole lot better!

As I've said many times before, it's still just a game. Regardless of the outcome, the sun will still come up, our kids will still love us, we'll still have to pay the bills, buy the groceries, and a hundred other things.

I love the New England Patriots. I've worn the laundry and cheered them on for 39 years now. I have a shrine to them on my bookcase, and every Sunday I pray for them at the Church of the Holy Uprights.

Still and all, it's a game, and losing sleep over it is very much a 1st world problem, you know? :D

A key to beating the Saints is a powerful ground game. But Wendell has a concussion and he has been criticized for being over matched against big interior DTs.

A key return from injury is Svitek as swing tackle. That frees Connolly to move to Center and frees Marcus Cannon to play RG. They couldn't do that previously because Marcus was forced ot be the swing tackle. This beefs up the size of the interior offensive line, and helps insure the running game goes.

No one realizes that with Amendola, Gronk, Edelman and Collie healthy and available, Tom Brady can run an offense without a rookie WR.

The Saints no longer are the big favorites it seemed marching into Gillette.

I don't forget that I predicted thre losses in htsi trio of gmes, and hoped for 1-2 as the best possible outcome. We have that already, and are playing with house money now.:D;)
