Are the comp picks decided? If anyone knows where to get this information, I'd appreciate it.

They are usually announced during the owners' meeting. The next one is later this month.

We don't know our 07 picks yet. But, a question about 08. Do they subtract the money we used to sign K.Brady from what Graham gets when determining our comp pick for Graham?

Teams are awarded compensatory picks based on OVERALL free agency losses/gains, not for individual players.

and this years comp picks are based on LAST year's signings and losses. Next years comp picks will be based on this years signings and losses.

With Graham turning down the $4 mill per year offer from the Pats and the rumors of him potentially getting $6 mill per year, there is a good chance he'd off-set the gaining of Thomas. It will be interesting to see what happens with the other free agents the Pats have. Guys like TBC and Patrick Pass.

Honestly? I don't see the Pats getting comp picks in 2008. Not with having signed Morris, Thomas, and Brady.

I agree, I don't see them getting comp picks either
