I'm positive he's going to get picked up by another team

I'll be particularly pissed if it's the Broncos or Giants. Unless he can cause them some INTs or fumbles or screws up an offside kick

We won't miss him.

But no doubt he gets picked up by another team... they will hope that a less complex offense will free him up to start making plays.

This has to be a positive sign of Gronk playing which will prompt Mike Florio to write an article that the Pats were stupid to not PUP him since they don't need Gronk for cupcakes like the Bengals and Saints when the Pats still have Carolina, Pittsburgh, and the Jets on their schedule where they will really need Gronk.

I hope Sudfeld makes it through to the practice squad. I still think the guy has a lot of upside. But I think someone will grab him and see if they can get the product out of him that he showed in the preseason.

Oswlek, like I said, he had been a massive disappointment. I know there were a few other people that had an issue with that in that thread as well, but I can't recall who specifically.

As for Sudfeld, he needs some serious time in the gym and would benefit from being on the practice squad. But, after that preseason performance, I highly doubt he'll make it through waivers.

Zach was my binkie for this season. It sucks to be my binkie

The death knell was his muffed onside kick effort.

Who are our 3 TE's now? I see a TE signing soon. Fells?

Florio's picking the Bengals to beat us.

This is a bummer, actually. Sudfeld was great in training camp and has the size and speed to be a good pass catching tight end.

Four games, a fumble after a reception in the Red Zone (Steeee-rike One!) a muffed catch for an interception (Steeee-rike Two!) and a muffed on-side kick (Steeee-rike Three!). Yer Out!

Or, I wonder if he couldn't pick up the adjustments at the line to get to the right place against the coverage.

As far as Gronk is concerned, I thought Sudfeld would actually get more time with Gronk in the line-up to re-institute the two TE offense, and to put a smaller guy on Sudfeld from whom he could get separation.

This does look good for Gronk's return, however.

you just cant have 4 rookie receivers on the roster at one time. send the kid to the PS maybe next year he can get it done with the pats or some other team

I wish I get a day in BB's office as he goes thru the decision process.

Brady has targeted Sudfeld twice this season.

Brady has thrown two interceptions this season.

Sudfeld was unable to secure on easy onside kick.

Sudfeld: three targets, three turnovers. I know he's a developing rookie, but enough is enough. The game is clearly too big for him.

Well a lot of folks got their wish it seems.

Thought this was the type of guy they could IR and put him on the shadow roster to "beef" up... wait until next year.

Florio's picking the Bengals to beat us.

Considering they are favored in Vegas, I suspect Florio is not the only person picking against us, and I also suspect there may be more to the pick than being "a hater."

At the moment, at least.

Massive?

Mulligan clearly slipped my mind. Until he screws up blocking or catching, he just may be around awhile. He can always be used to irk Jet fans. :bricks:

- (Sudfeld and Wilfork) + Collie leaves an open slot, right?
Forston, Francis, nobody, other?

That was fun while it lasted. Shame he didn't get a reception though. Can't see him being picked up to be honest.
