Week 3 TNF: Kansas City Chiefs at Philadelphia Eagles
By: John Morgan

These two teams are the most improved clubs in the NFL. A year ago the Eagles were a dismal 4-12, ranking 29th in points scored, 29th in points allowed, and tied with the Chiefs for dead last in turnovers after coughing the ball up an alarming 37 times....

Probably won't watch much on account of the whole work-family-football life balance thing, but rooting for the Chefs tonight.

In part because of the whole Eagles-Kelly-media overload thing and hoping the Broncos have some tough division opponents this year.

I honestly can't wait for this one. Hope it's a slobberknocker, as Jim Ross would say.

This is the first good game on NFLN in awhile. Excited to see the Chip Kelly offense again as well as Deus's guy, Dontari Poe.

I know the Chiefs are AFC but they are a likeable team. Go Alex Smith.

Thursday Night Football:Eagles vs. Chiefs

Demps returns kickoff 55 yards

Mayocks mic is screwed up...NFLN is finally doing something right...trying to shut that guy up

Re: Thursday Night Football:Eagles vs. Chiefs

Eagles muff the punt now...wow..at home...what did they work on all week, their profiles on TV?

KC O looking like last years so far

Re: Thursday Night Football:Eagles vs. Chiefs

KC goes BACK 11 yards on 3 plays and has to settle for a FG...but the Pats are the worst offense in the league...I'm beginning to get it now

lol @ only getting 3 points with those starting field positions.

Though I hate Vick, rooting for the Eagles. Simply because AFC vs NFC and I always root for NFC East teams to win to keep the Giants out of things.

Re: Thursday Night Football:Eagles vs. Chiefs

Vick really is the greatest QB ever...according to Irvin and Deion and the rest of tha nad fondlers on NFLN

Re: Thursday Night Football:Eagles vs. Chiefs

Ha! Yes, what a pleasure to see two teams competing for how bad they can be -- and neither of them are the Pats.

vick is how old? and stills stares down his WRs

The Chiefs defense looks impressive. Poe is a monster.

Eric Berry looks fully over his ACL tear. Man, I'd love to see Berry in a Patriots uniform. He's the prototypical SS. Imagine him and McCourty. I think I just soiled myself at that thought.

I like Mayock, hate this play-by-play guy.

Glad to see Vick getting smacked around a bit.

Lots of players on that defense that I wouldn't mind seeing in a Pats uni. The same goes with some other teams such as CLE too. There are a handful of defensive players that I'd like to see over here.

I know that Dwayne Bowe is killing me as a fantasy WR so far.

I like my Jamaal Charles pick due to their dink/dunk offense, but Bowe was a mistake. They aren't going to push the ball downfield too often in my opinion.

Alex Smith - the best check-down artist in the NFL. His mediocre arm talent is severely limiting the Chiefs offense.

Screw Vick. And Irvin, Sanders and Faulk. Between the four you might get enough integrity to fill a thimble.
