If this was Peyton Manning, we'd be crucifying him here on these boards.

This was not a sign of leadership IMO. Showing you're frustrated is natural. But to go on for the entire game and berate your young demoralized receivers on national television is not leading.

His true leadership did show up in his press conference admitting he was wrong in his reactions. He gets mad props from me for that.

Yep. He realizes what needs to be done. Everyone is gonna learn alot about themselves this season and next few weeks. And that might bond this team together enough for a championship.

Totally agreed, TB needs more control in the heat of the battle. While I think the Tom Brady of 2001 has evolved to take on some of PM's negative traits, starting with his own brand of pouter face, I never heard the hoofed one (face, colts, broncos - coincidence?) admit that he was at fault. I believe that by eliminating all veteran alternatives, the zen master is forcing TB to develop a ballistic receiving core for the near and long term future. In the process it will also force TB to face his biggest weakness and acknowledge that he has a role in developing receivers who are new to the system.

Maybe I'm over reacting, but I live in Jersey (I know ). I had to sit on a job today for hours, waiting for an inspector. I had to listening to "The Fan NY radio" all day and hear the BS from NY fans. Then, I come home to "My team" and read this crap. That "Face" is the face of this TEAM. Without him, we're done. Sorry, I don't find it funny right now. I guess I'm a homer.
