Hello and greetings to all. Salam brother shmessy ,,been a while since i posted but as usual never tired of reading all our great fans comments and opinion.
I watched the game Live and was tense all during the game, however after the W , it felt good and than something happened which made me go to sleep ( 7am here in Bahrain !),,,the camera focused on BB and i saw a very heartening smile from his face ! His smile was beaming with joy and he actually waved to someone in the stands. Ok i know we beat the Jets but there was something in that smile that told me A. He isn't worried about our Team , and especially our WR rookies. B. Pleased with how our D is playing and C. Knowing that Gronk must be close to playing and with this 2-0 start we will only improve.
I am all for playing our young WR players and remember Championships are not won in Sept. or Oct. so i am really pleased with the start especially from the D.
Lastly i do wish Tom would calm down during games, because when angry he will only effect his accuracy and the feelings of our young raw rookies. Loved Dobson last night because we finally have that WR who can burn past defenders and was so unlucky on that long play where he nearly made the catch. Two wins against our bitter Division rivals and yet some have already given up on this Team.
Long season ahead for sure and there will be some blips but overall i am confident we will be fine in DEC. Best regards to all. Abdul

I saw that smile too and it looked like he was really happy about the win. I thought it was because he knew the team was shorthanded offensively and the fact they came through with the W (a division game at that) meant the team kind of got away with one / over achieved.

Yeah, that smile and fist pump surprised me too. Here we all are wringing our hands over a bad "offensive" performance, and BB looks like the cat who swallowed the canary. I guess things aren't so bad after all.

Belichick often smiles after wins over the Jets,no matter how close or how apart the scores were.

I also feel that Bill was very happy that Talib was not injured in the blatant attack on the back of his knee by dirty Mangold and his demands met for the Jets to get those two other ass clowns off the field after they banged the ref around..

Only 5 days into the season, but this 2013 team reminds me of nothing so much as the team from exactly one decade ago. It was amazing to watch that 2003 bunch squeak by again and again; as my dad put it, they never failed to play down to the competition, lol.

The game that sticks out to me was the one where that atrocious Texans team took them to OT.

I seriously love 13-10 ballgames.

I thought maybe because he finally has a team where the defense can win the game for us. Once could be lucky, but 2 weeks in a row makes it less so.

Then again, what happens when we face a competent QB.

Things could be worse.2 divisinal wins. I think BB was most happy cuz he beat down blow hard Wrecks. Sending rexs tuff guys to the locker rm at the end helped too.Wrecks threatened to punch BB in the face and he put a boot up his ***.. Sorry for bad grammer. Dum fone

When people say the defense won the game for us, they need to realize that this was the Jets. With a rookie QB. Jets had the 30th ranked offense last year.

One of 3 nice moments in the game.

The other 2:
Kenbrell Thompkins racing into the end zone to celebrate with Dobson
Brady's embrace with Dobson after his TD

It's quite rare to see BB smile though so it was kinda strange to see at first :D

That's the sort of smile he normally reserves for after he bangs someone else's wife.

I don't recall victories coming with an *,next to the W, for beating the any poor team.:snob::cool:

Just curious ... Is your username named after John Bonham? You mention your dad when you talk about 2003 , so I assume your too young to be a fan of the greatest drummer of all time.

You are a bad, bad person.
Then again, I don't blame you for being wicked pissed.

BB's smile ....

Won the game.

Got two NY Jets tossed from the game.

I was shocked when BB did that last night but I do gotta say it mad that win so much better.

lotsa posters wait for the perfect team with perfect talent to be assembled. BB is looking for an sign of a team that fights and scraps to the end no matter how undermanned or bad they look.

I think that's why he was smiling.

I took it as him being pleased with the newcomers/ rookies that don't understand how important a win is. Nothing BB does is without a plan. He showed his guys how happy he was with how they performed, no matter what the media and fans think.

And, it was a big punch in the face to Rex Ryan. How's that feel, LDT?

I'd love a GIF of Rex telling his guy to get of the field, and then trying to regain control of the team with his hat pushed down. I know it exists, I saw it on TV myself. Poor Rex. Great defense though. Is it possible? Belli/Ryan? I'd love it.

I was surprised too, after the scuffle he was pretty intensed but when the game was won and the camera focused on him he fist pump and smile, it's kinda weird lol

Anyway, win against div opponents should not be taken for granted, it plays part around Dec.
