It's all a matter of opinion.Silly me, I thought this was going to be about how we lost to Indy due to ACTUAL bad calls.

Indeed. But that was a month ago, it's time to move on. Of course, your little whine was 60 months ago now.You actually think you lost to Indy due to bad calls?!?!?!
Nice twist there buddy!!! Refs made the bad call, then fixed it! Funny!...........'76 game? Stolen from the patsies??? Don't think so buddy.I agree. The refs made the wrong call. Luckily, the man in the reply booth advised them to make the right call, according to the rule. They took the man's advice, corrected the wrong call that both you and I agree that they made, and then they followed the rule. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
By the way, earlier that year the patriots lost a game to the jets when Vinny Testaverde's late game fumble was overturned. The refs consulted instant replay, and they ruled his fumble was a tuck rule incomplete pass. Were it not for that game, the Patriots would have had a better record and may never even have played the Raiders in the playoffs.
So, without the tuck rule, without instant replay, it's likely that that game would never have happened.
Now, as for the 1976 game that the Raiders stole from the Patriots, when are you guys going to do the right thing and give the Lombardi to the team that really deserved it, the 1976 Patriots?
HA!HA!HA! Now this is hilarious!! You're telling me that this was 60 months ago, and your buddy upstater1 is crying about something that happened 31 years ago!!!!Indeed. But that was a month ago, it's time to move on. Of course, your little whine was 60 months ago now.

The flu!!I heard it was the flu.
But then again, when you blow an 18 point lead, give up 32 2nd half points and pull off the worst big game choke in NFL history, you've got to come up with one hell of a long list of excuses to cover it all, don't you?
The flu legend BTW has grown so large you would think it was the ebola virus. :singing: :rocker:
Pats fans are awesome. :rocker:
