What does this mean for the laughing stock that is the AFC East?

That they get a head start on ruining Geno?

Personally I don't think that Geno is ready to deal with what he is going to get from fans/media playing for the Jets.

That black cloud over the Patriots season is starting to disappear. First two games against AFC East opponents, both have QB problems/injuries.

God wants the Patriots to win!

Kolb was already losing out to the rookie in buffalo so thats not exactly a good sign for the pats.

Sanchez is garbage and GeOhnoooooo cant be any worse

To me, this means they will be getting the #1 pick in the draft and Rexxxy would be smart to try and get himself fired mid-season! Coach killer this one!

More bad news for Pats fans - Stephen Hill is getting X-rays after the game.

Who can we count on to drop possible game-winning catches now?!

Santonio Holmes will be back eventually to pout and dog it.

This is bad news for the Pats. It means the jests' interception totals drop dramatically.

Wrecks is so ill prepared to be a head coach. 100% his fault

His post-game press conference was BIZARRE! Mocking the media, standing sideways and turning his back while answering questions. Wowwwwwwww ...

I just saw Rex's post game press conference ( hes losing his mind ) wow, Gino must suck something awful, the NY press is acting as if Dan Marino just went down in his prime instead of Sanchez LOL

Beyond bizarre...it SHOWS what we have ALWAYS held firmly here as definite FACT....Ryan IS an IDIOT...a sad, pathetic clown who goes through life just wanting people to like him and his "I'm just a 6 year old fat kid" persona...pathetic

Geno threw three picks. :singing:

They'd be better off with this Geno at QB:

He threw 3 picks tonight and then pretty much every game in the cold/poor weather in college he has been really, really bad.

Sanchez is better than Smith, and its not even close. I hope the Jets go with Smith.

Remember 2 years ago when everyone was talking about the Jets as one of the elite teams in the NFL?

Haha, that didn't last.

NY press considers its own histrionics newsworthy.

Also I expect them to turn on the Jets more venomously that normal because Izdik is gonna try to run a tighter ship than previously, obviously, and guys like Mehta are going to have Borges-esque tantrums after losing access to their favorite blabby players.

Can I see this press conference anywhere online?

I still remember from the Madden games when Sanchez had the player role of 'Franchise QB' and 'Future Star' in franchise mode. Thought it was funny back then and even more hilarious now haha.

But in all seriousness hope he makes a full recovery, I hear the CFL is looking for a few backup QBs.

Rex should just start trolling the media and do his Super Bowl Guarantees again.

Seriously, we all saw this playing out this way. His big mouth bravado was bound to crash and burn eventually, those types usually do. And at the end of the day, him and his team did win that one playoff game over us. But the tailspin that team has been in since that awful night in January has almost been worth it, and Rex's humiliation isn't even done. For the next 17 weeks he's going to have to pretend he is not Dead Coach Walking, and his misery is going to be highly entertaining. I'm hoping he punches a reporter, but I like to dream big.

Maybe Rex and LdT can start a "We SHOULD have kissed Belichick's rings" club on NFLN or the E!spn.
