It wouldn't surprise me at all to see Jake Ballard, Tavon Wilson, and Jake Bequette cut on Tuesday. I could also throw Adrian Wilson in that category.
Thoughts?
Where was it stated that I expect any of them to be cut? I stated it wouldn't surprise me if any of them were basing off what I've seen from them in preseason games.I don't think any of the guys you mentioned will leave this years roster.
Again, no one said they will or are expected to get cut. And did you watch the game against the Lions? Neither of the players you placed in bold looked too good in my books.Do you watch football?
Mark Harrison
I think this is a fairly accurate picture of the guys that are most definitely gone after Tuesday especially Justin Green. He's lucky for his sake Belichick didn't just cut him right on the field. I know I would've.First round of cuts only needs to get the team down to 75, so I think we're looking at a Kamar Aiken type rather than a Jake Ballard type. Pulling from the currently listed Patriots roster (It's late, so I'm trusting its accuracy over my memory):

George Winn
Brice Schwab
Luke Patterson
Evan Landy
Josh Kline
Johnathan Haggerty
Justin Green
Ben Bartholomew
Kamar Aiken/Quentin Sims/Mark Harrison - My guess is Sims, but I could see any of them going
I can definitely see this as well. Though Justin Green should logically be one of the first kicked to the curb. Perhaps Koutouvides could be swapped out for him?If guys are gonna get IRed, it'll probably be at this deadline, if my memory from past seasons serves correctly. But if that doesn't happen, here are the 9 guys I would cut:
Bartholomew
Winn
Haggerty
Landi
Koutouvides (they know what they have in him and he won't sign elsewhere)
Davis
B. Jones
Lewis
Zupancic
Do you think the Patriots sees Harrison as an intriguing development type that they could stash this season if he's too injured/far gone to do much or PUP him for practice squad considerations later on down the line? That seems to be the sentiments around these parts

There is no way Adrian Wilson gets cut.
Ten possible cuts to reduce the roster down to 75:
Allen, Ryan
Bartholomew, Ben
Davis, Kanorris
Haggerty, Johnathan
Jones, Brandon
Landi, Evan
Lewis, LeQuan
Sims, Quentin
Winn, George
Zupancic, Mike

I agree. He's shown more in actual preseason games than Kamar Aiken has so far. It's possible that he survives this wave of cuts to be apart of the last preseason game then gets waived into the practice squad.I like Sims....in fact I like his game a lot...if cut, I look to the practice squad...he's got great size and is polished at route running IMO...he actually stuck out in that putrid 2nd half. If Mallett had been less nervous and more accurate Sims could have had a number of catches and possibly a score. I watched the game again, like a psycho and it's no mistake, the kid can play in this league
