Patriots report to training camp July 25, first practice July 26.

So will No. 81 be there?

I will be there.

Also as part of the announcement Reiss also outlined the Bru induction and the season ticket holder practice which will not be the same event.

Bru will be inducted outside the hall starting at 5 and then the in stadium practice will follow at 7.

I was hoping this would all be done in the stadium but I think we will do both still.

Better question: is this the single most pointless thread ever created on PatsFans? Probably not, but it's gotta be close.

Sorry buddy but this is not pointless at all I was waiting on the official word of the start date to make sure I get the time off work. And what contributions have you brought to the table lately?

Why in the world is this a pointless thread?

Maybe some football fans in here would like to ignore the big news right now and focus on next season and the beginning of the real workouts instead of talking about a player involved in a murder all day long with speculations only given out by the media who almost never gets things right?

I think you're being out of line with your rant.

I am guessing that the reaction had to do with the wording of the original post, rather than the thread topic or title.

Perhaps, but its great to know training camp is just over a month away..with or without Hernandez, the Patriots 2013 season will not be cancelled. :rocker:

Stupid question.... but will there more open to the public after the 29th?

Yes, absolutely yes.

Almost all of the practices up until the first preseason game will be open to the public.

It's simply a case of those specific dates and times having not yet been announced.

Kenbrell Thompkins is my UDFA binkie to make the 53.

Training camp... the Tebow frenzy begins..

Thousands of folks all wearing Tebow jerseys... our third string emergency quarterback.

Possible that the joint practices with the Eagles Aug 13, 14 will be open. Plan to attend these as a priority. Much better than the lame shells workouts. Me, I'm gonna be at sea in a sailboat in the Gulf of Maine that week. Bummer.

Aw shoot -- you mean football is going to interfere with all the hand-wringing over Wax Wikler, Gronk, Hernandez and Tebow?

Those are in Philadelphia, and I believe those will not be open to the public.

The ones with Tampa Bay are at Gillette and will be open to the public.

edit: 13th & 14th are open, in Gillette, with the Bucs.
Eagles are on 6th & 7th in Philly
