Technically Donte Stallworth isn't eligible to seek offers until free agency begins. Nonetheless in various media interviews he indicated there was interest from the 49ers, Dolphins, Patriots and Buccaneers in addition to the Eagles. The Niners are said to have the most interest in Stallworth, with the Vikings and the Packers lesser suitors.

By the way I wouldn't mind signing him at all. He's exactly the speedball that we need.

I wouldn't mind adding him at all.

Wasnt this the same thing he said on the best damn sports show?

Why don't the Eagles want him?

Why don't the Eagles want him?

Because he only plays 6 games if you are lucky .So we can pay big and get a guy who is always injured and plays 6 games a year.

that is the solution.

Pats like injury-prone free agents! ;)

A huge over-statement here. Over the course of 5 years, Stallworth has missed 12 games. Or slightly more than 2 a year.

Prior to this season, Stallworth had 2 straight seasons where he didn't miss any time.

There is always options...I am sure they take a look at him and see what value on Stallworht and other FA WRers..

If thats the case he has been better then Branch and Givens who both have missed significant time. Troy Brown seems to be the less injured out of all the recent WR's.

I was wondering where that came from.

Why wouldnt they be. We obviously dont have a number one reciever, and Donte would be perfect for us. I would add more to this reply but i been talking about him since the season ended.
