So what to do with the early 4th round pick??

Khaseem Greene
Mark Harrison

Oops :)

Actually, they wouldn't be that bad as picks.

More seriously, my preferences would be:

Quinton Patton
Ryan Swope
Da'rick Rogers
Marquess Wilson
Marcus Lattimore
Alex Okafor

Didn't realise he was still out there.

Jesse Williams

and the two Rutgers alums mentioned at the top.

I like every one of these players with the 4ths. Every one likely will be within striking distance with 102. The question is does he value them or are they picking the 500th rated player this time?

Figure out whoever is most likely to be the first this year into the cfl and panic draft him?

It would be pretty funny if they did select Greene. I wouldn't of winced if he was the pick at 91.

I know that whatever we say here, BB will do something that'll make us go, wtf!

Re: Re: So what to do with the early 4th round pick??

Lattimore is my hope it isn't a need but its insurance in case Ridley sees too much $$$$$ in his future contract negotiation.....

I think he could be a monster and we can ease him into the offense a la Vereen...

The fact that he is progressing extremely well from his injury and at one point was a top 5 lock for this draft...............worth a gamble if you ask me

Sees $$$$$? How about still seeing stars from the afcg...or the higher likelihood of concussions and/or the compounding severity thereafter? That was a sickening sight. Pretty sure he was convulsing, haven't had the stomach to rewatch the play as a rising star got knocked out and it sealed the baltimore victory.

Id prefer a wr double dip to keep everything on topic though.

Remember that they picked the much more highly touted Bequette after Wilson last year. The way BB ranks prospects may be a little screwy but it doesn't mean that there aren't more highly touted prospects still on the board.

And seriously, what's the score with Okafor people. Why's he still on the board?

Rutgers long snapper?

Boom..

Quinton Patton, Akeem Spence, or Barrett Jones are players I'd consider here.

I'm not sure what's up with him. He was supposed to be a late 2nd rounder. Drug test? Dumb as a box of rocks? overrated?

Speaking of Bequette. Wonder if he's had his head in the playbook. Remember Patsdoerer being in love with the guy. Real quiet first year. I was kind of hoping it was due to a minor injury{i know that sounds bad} rather than not enough smarts to play. He had some fantastic measurables coming out.

I think they turned him into a workout warrior last year. I'd be curious to know his weight now.

I hope the Pats try to trade their picks this year, for next year picks...

I said the sweet spot for this draft is the early 4th round and there are still a lot of really good players available. I would once again look to trade down and get a later 4th and 5th. If not I would take the best WR available (Rogers or Patton are my favorites) then hope the guys that are falling due to injury (Lattimore, Barrett Jones and Jessie Williams) all fall into the 7th (highly unlikely). I would love to have a few more picks right now.

Patton or Rogers

WRs Patton or Swope
OL Barrett Jones

Jones is in freefall with his Lis Franc injury. 1st round ability C/G/T, I'd take him and put him on the PUP.

Forget the WRs until the 7th round. Only Edelman has experience with Brady as is.

Why did you have to remind me of that debacle..............

Yeah he definitely got his clock cleaned. *In a pissed Happy Gilmore voice* "I just hate that damn Bernard Pollard"

Regardless he is a recognized young star now that will want to be paid accordingly.......I may be wrong in my judgement of him but it all boils down to the dollars.

to add to Lattimore ...Alex Okafor, William Gholston, Jordan Poyer, Quinton Patten, Da'Rick Rogers and i'm cool with the 4th

Maybe a Robert Lester in the 7th or so

Draft some guy that should go undrafted
