Going to start this thread because a) I'm interested in this sort of thing, and B) I want a record for next year so that I can look back and see who is a reliable source. So...

Bucky Brooks on Justin Hunter:

I've heard stories about Justin Hunter being at the top of some people's boards

Daniel Jeremiah also say's Hunter will go much higher than people think.

Three 2013 NFL Draft secrets you should know - NFL Videos

P. Schrager of FoxSports says he's hearing that Alec Ogletree will go top 10:

More I talk to people, more I'm convinced Alec Ogletree is going Top 10 on Thursday.

This seems weird to me but :

Brad Clark‏@nflfuture14h
Report: Barkley and Nassib in 2-horse race for 8th pick http://goo.gl/fb/mzAYY

His supporting tweets :

Joe Buscaglia @JoeBuscaglia

Nassib to the #Bills is the toast of draft rumor talk right now, but don't forget about Barkley. They like him a lot, too. Two-horse race.

and

Chris Mortensen ✔ @mortreport

Growing belief around NFL it's Nassib or trade down if they can RT @Sabrefan0412: ANY. Idea which way the Bills are leaning at 8 ???

Doug Marrone once said that Barkley was better than Luck and RGIII. I've been leaning one way or the other on Nassib/Barkley to the Bills.

I've never seen Nassib - no reason to watch Syracuse. I can't see Barkley's mediocre arm playing in cold, windy Buffalo. Regardless, it just seems VERY high for either one to go.

Tony Pauline has some:

Word is more than a few teams presently rank Jonathan Franklin of UCLA as the top ball carrier on their draft board.

Colorado’s Nick Kasa has developed into the contingency plan for teams looking to draft a tight end outside the initial three rounds of the draft.....The New York Giants, Seattle Seahawks, Cleveland Browns and Miami Dolphins have displayed heavy interest in Kasa.

I was told the Chicago Bears, who snuck (Vinston) Painter into town for an official visit, like his athleticism and upside. He could be their pick in round three or four.

I'm still trying to figure out why anybody connected with an NFL organization would tip off the media to any possibilities. Everything is leaked with a purpose in mind.

This is not a rumor. But I don't know who was saying this as I had my wife banging my ear while I was trying to listen.

"We have 150 players in this years draft graded as 3rd round selections". I guess that serves as a example that this is a mid round draft.

I also noticed that Pro Football Weekly have given the top 20 players their lowest grades that I can remember. So trade down Bill, if you can, trade down!!!!

You have said nothing about players rated 25-75, often the sweet spot of the draft. We are making much of the weakness at the top which has little effect on the patriots. If we wish we can have 3 picks in this sweet spot instead of our first 3 picks.

manxman2601 its a pleasure to read your insight on the upcoming Draft keep em coming.

In what could perhaps be classified as a smokescreen - a Tony Pauline blurb might firmly put a wrench in the Jamar Taylor to the Patriots talk:

I hear several teams considering a cornerback late in round one, as well as early in the second frame, will not consider taking any prospect at the position unless they are at least 6-feet tall. In the past 5-feet, 10-inches was the benchmark.

It's nonetheless interesting, as for the longest time it was the WR position that had these height restrictions unless said prospects possessed exceptional physical abilities in their diminutive states. It looks as though CB evaluation is finally catching up to its antithesis. Its a copycat league.

Rumors that the 49ers are (as could be expected given their pile of picks) looking to move in to the early teens.

I don't think you have to tell BB that twice. ;)

I love Lattimore, I think he would be a perfect compliment to Ridley and Vereen. He isn't the fastest or the most physical but he has elite lateral movement and his vision is amazing. His ability to see holes, lower his pad level and burst through without being touched is amazing. Add in his quick feet and change of direction skills to make guys miss in the open field and I think he has the potential to be special. Oh, and he's a hell of a guy too, what an amazing story and inspirational person.

Yup. Wherever he gets drafted, he's shown himself a winner in this process. Really impressive guy (and family).

If Bill trades down, I hope he gets better trade value than last year.
He traded a 2nd round pick (#62) for a 3rd round pick (#90) and a
5th round pick (#163). Trade value loss of 120 points. Then he
traded the 5th round pick (#163) for a 6th round pick (#197) and two
7th round picks (#224 and #235). Trade value loss of 9 points. Luckily,
the #224 pick netted him Dennard.

Trading down may be difficult this year because of the way the talent is distributed. Most teams seem to want to trade down instead of trading up.
There aren't any good quarterbacks to trade up for.

I want to see Bill get decent value if he trades down, not just acquire
a couple of extra picks in the 6th or 7th round. There aren't many
Dennards available that late in the draft.

I like the guy, but unless we get an extra 4 or 5 somehow, I really don't wanna see the Pats using a 3rd round pick on the guy. The quickness and lateral ability spoken about in this quote above, might be severely affected by his many injuries.
