Ravens at Broncos opening night. Pick your poison.

Where are all the "offical" leaked schedules that come out every year, that people think are legit but always turn out to be false?

Same type of thing happenes after the first pre season loss.

I'm going with the bucs in week 2.

@realfreemancbs: Not official until 8pm, but two sources tell us #Patriots at #Ravens on #MNF, likely week 2, on #WCVB. Likely banner raising for BAL

makes sense...that will be a tough game...banner raising plus they always give us major fits

Makes me think week 1 is opener. Going with Saints or Jets

They'll save the Saints game for the week Brady might break Brees' TD streak record. Week 7 or 8 I think, depending on when our bye falls. I think week 1 will be Browns, Bills, or Jets.

Screw Baltimore, MNF week 2 is way worse than ThNF week 1. Short week following instead of long week but the Ravens will be coming off a long week.

Stupid Orioles.

The Ravens could have easily done the banner raising on MNF week 1 but ESPN wants their double header and it would make the Ravens game start at like 6:30. Not enough pomp and circumstance I guess.

I think PATRIOTSFANINPA will end up right. When is the last time the Pats have had an epic home-opener? They have all been blah.

2012: Cardinals
2011: Chargers
2010: Bengals
2009: Bills
2008: Chiefs
2007: Chargers (somewhat epic?)
2006: Bills
2005: Raiders
2004: Colts (last epic game)

We haven't had a great home opener since 2004.

The 2009 Bills game was pretty exciting.

While on paper it does not look like much, if I recall correctly, that 2009 opener against the bills was the comback in 2mins and some change that does not get enough credit in the all time come back talks.

The 2009 Bills game was pretty exciting.

Yep. And if you'll recall there was a lot of build up for that game. The Bills had started out strong the year before and had just acquired T.O. that offseason. The game turned out to be a pretty good one, too. I wouldn't go so far as to call it "epic", but the build-up was still pretty good. In that vein, I wouldn't call a Jets game "epic" anymore either. They've sucked hard for the last two seasons.
